Finally! It was long ago I saw a nice , modern and minimalistic design on the channel. Love the fact that there is no tv . Simple bedroom. Liked the bathroom in the basement and the green powder room.
It's gorgeous, it feels very midcentury (with the custom storage nooks) and also scandi, with the blonde wood tones and bright white walls, etc. Pretty & cozy.
This is a beatiful home and I love the kitchen. I especially love all the storage in the kitchen. Yes, it is very modern, and organic. I am very traditional and it surprises me how much I like the mustard colored sofa in the living room. Yes, the "less is more" is beautiful. That surprises me also, because as a traditionalist I like "stuff". Ms Czornodolskyj did a great job with this design.
My favourite room displayed is the green powder room. The zellige tile and Moroccan brass tap have a WOW factor. Heaps of storage which is cleverly incorporated.
Great job Kim it’s absolutely stunning. There is so much time and detail and thought that goes into a Reno of this nature that many don’t see behind the scenes. You’ve pulled it together beautifully I’m sure your clients are over the moon
It's lovely. I would have loved to see a few touches of black in the living room/dining area for just a bit of contrast. The black touches in the kitchen are so good.
I hope to see more colour in designs this year personally. I find this design is fine but I do think it will become very dated quickly because it’s so trendy.
It's easy to add color with these sort of designs. As for 'trendiness', when it comes to houses, that's nto always a bad thing unless you just love to be up-to-date witht he latest trends. A design that's popular at a certain period of time can be a form of historical archiving if maintained well over time.
Gorgeous home with a very relaxed and organic feel. I love the kitchen and basement! However, I do think the sofa and oddly shaped mirrors are very trendy so could look dated in a couple of years. Also the tiles in the bathroom are an odd choice-so much grout to clean. 😮
I am planning something similar in my place, but a bit more color and personality in accessories like artwork, pillows, blankets, rugs, curtains, etc. Overall, I really love this place, especially the chairs (all of them) and the muted colors with a contrasting black, the color of the sofa is beautiful and unexpected (I am not a fan of its shape though) and that side cabinet is exactly what I am looking for. That shapeless mirror has to go, also the black and white bathroom seems a bit depressing for my taste.
@@kczo Ah dang it, it's in Canada. I'm in the Caribbean. So a bit further away 😃 Was hoping the supplier was somewhere in the south of the US hahaha But thanks for the info!!
It's very on trend so I get the appeal. But I feel the scale of the entire design is off for the size of the space and there was quite a bit of focus on details of individuals things. I'd say not daring enough but maybe I'm not the right demographic for this...🤔
I have white marble and I’ve never had a problem with it. We are a family of 6. It’s gorgeous and I am very happy I went with it despite what everyone would complain about marble. Just like anything, you MUST clean and maintain 😉
What is the linen bedspread brand info, please? It's not in the links in the description and I find that it's very difficult to find simple, long bedspreads like that, so, I'd love to know! Thanks!
lovely architecture, but I really wish color was incorporated more. it makes me feel a bit sad how neutral it is, although just my taste/opinion. Mid century / modern can still be fun with some color/contrast!
The kitchen and dinning room were nice, especially that dining room light. Then it got a little weird with the art deco mirror in the living room, the Mario Bellini couch, the tiled counter in the powder room, and the terrazzo counter top…. Yes that’s right, this designer put every trendy item on Pinterest 2022 into this home. Copying Pinterest is what a consumer like me (some one that isn’t a designer but wants to decorate like one) would do, not what I expect from a house and home designer.
I’m a little confused by some of the choices here. The mirror would be better above the dining area and the art across from the sofa. The bedroom is extremely underwhelming. Those chairs the the basement would be a terrible choice to have a client get in and out of and finally the tile on the powder room counter is not going to age well.
I didn't understand most of the choices in this design. Touch latches in a kitchen? Huge mirror across from the sofa? So, do you spend your time staring at yourself? I just don't get it.
Agreed. It looks gorgeous but i hate using touch latches. And i was thinking the same with the mirror. Why have a sectional face a mirror? Realistically, how would you enjoy that living area?
Neutral heaven...i loved the calm of it and pinch of green colour here n there .
She's adorable and her Cali urban accent is so notable- *raising* the voice at the end of a statement/sentence...
Loving the flow of H&H content! Keep it comming ❤
I wish I could explain the feeling and energy of this space when you’re in it! Heaven. ☁️☁️☁️

This is such a nice design...I would say a favorite from H&H!
Always been eyeing that same couch
Lovely project. Best bedroom ever. Everyone says they want a calm bedroom but few attain one. This one does hit the mark.
Beautiful interior 😍😍😍😍😍.
Great storage solutions! I love, love, love that Mario Bellini sofa. Looks fabulous in that space.
Love this design, simple, calm, relaxing and still fun!
the basement bathroom is sooo perfect!!
I love the design, the colour palette, everything is superb. Well done!
Love the sofa color

I need lots of colour but love so many of the details and well thought out design here.
I love Kimberly, she's so well spoken and natural.
This space was amazing
I love the Scandinavian elements in this home, from the colors to materials. I love all the rooms.
Oh my goodness. This is my style and I love it!

That faucet is gorgeous!
The green bathroom is gorgeous and unique!
Wow, such a beautifully designed home. I love it. Congratulations Kimberly!
I am not a minimalist, but I do appreciate some and this project is lovely. Well done!
warm and elegant design
Yay Australia 🎉mentions on RUclips 🎉
Congratulations Kimberly! you absolutely transformed a 60s house - love it! You rock design. Hope to see more of your work in House & Home. Liana 💞

Beautiful home, absolutely love the main living space
design beautiful
beautiful!! this designer has such an eye for detail...love this aesthetic
Very well done on all counts..! 💖
It's lovely. I would have loved to see a few touches of black in the living room/dining area for just a bit of contrast. The black touches in the kitchen are so good.
Stunning! Well done!
Gorgeous
Fun sofa!
It looks so comfy!
Wow! Great design! ❤
Woooow………..my style to a T………❤
love!!!! ❤
My sofa also has my organic touches over the years
😂👍
LOL
It’s so beautiful ❤❤❤
Gorgeous home
Gorgeous ❤
Also, the powder room is absolutely beautiful.
Beautiful space.... I am not so sure about the couch but it works in the space. :0)
Perfection ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Just looked up the table. Over $7,200 Canadian dollars. Beautiful home
I always wonder what people do for a living when they have over the top expensive firnishings.
Finally s minimalist home with out all being white. I wish only if the length of the video were longer showing more of the home.
Im loving the basement living space and want to emulate that on my new house but my 20-year old daughter wants bouclé 😅 thank God I’m the boss. 😆
amazing!!
Marvelous, I love it
Beautiful remodel. Please share the cabinets manufacture and style. Thank you!

I've been seeing that blob mirror a lot lately, and it looks so ridiculous. Natural and organic forms are for natural and organic materials!
Beautiful transformation! I wish you could help me with my home!
Gosh that sofa looks so uncomfortable. The overall look is pretty though
The couches look good ish in photos online but irl they look really weird
I want to nap on that sofa!
This is lovely and a smart way to make a small home seem more spacious. No TV?
Bravo!
That couch has me craving Hawaiian rolls.
Hi! Gorgeous design :) do you know where the curtains are from in the living room??
They are custom done in a white linen!

Hermoso diseno
The bubble couch, which is very popular now is meh, I would loose my daughter in it lol 😅 7 out of 10
Amazingggg! Would you mind sharing the supplier of the porcelain countertop?
Onyxa!

Can you share the wall colors for all the rooms please?
Everything here is Chantilly Lace by Benjamin Moore.
Why do they always give a reason for NOT using marble 😁?? The design is very beautiful.
Because marble stains super easily so it’s not good long term wise.
I know! It's like they feel they need to apologize for being on the "marble wagon."
@@fiddlersthree8463 🤭
I was thinking the exact same thing!

It’s from Elte! The long lumbar pillow is custom

The sofa is great looking, but I am confused by the arrangement of a long sofa facing a mirror. It doesn’t seem suited for conversation.

maybe they don’t watch tv, mirrors bring more light into a space & make it feel bigger
it is also an art piece in itself
Nothing wrong with touch latches! Not keen on mirror setting, would be lovely standing against a wall. BUT a super home ❤️
Sofa color for me
@nicklewis would not like many choices in this decor.
a trend- o -rama
Does anyone know where the bedding is from?
Hi! The bed spread is from Elte and the lumbar pillow was custom made.
@@kczo Thank you!
Drinking game: Take a shot everytime she says the word "moment"
Almostttttt Japanese
Zellige tiles are Moroccan not Portuguese.
That sofa is hideous 😅
Those tiles has nothing to do with Portugal lol
They were made and shipped from Portugal!
I don’t like the couch
Wow... white on white on white on white paired with a truck full of bleached wood.🙄
Everything else is nice, except the conjoined burger sofa. Terrible !!
Mediocre design. Especially shocked by the bad environmental choice to transport the mirror from Australia
The space is nice but has no personality.. it is like a show room
