Thanks for the review man, looks like Maya X is gonna be my next mouse. I've been using a black Thorn and for the past 6 months, amazing mouse, but I still prefer something a bit flatter in terms of shape. I just wish they would also make a red one, the original red Maya looks so pretty.
i had 3 thorns, couldn't get over the clicks. Maya X blows them out of the water. and yes the Maya red on red is the most unique colorway mouse i've ever owned and they should bring it back on the Maya X.
Just ordered the Maya X Purple Shadow edition ! Cant wait. I also have the Maya Doodle edition which is the smaller version but with better skates, Omron optical and 3950 sensor. Planning to use the Maya Doodle for smaller mouse and the X for a bigger mouse as my main. They would look so sick on my desk, love the colors. Ohh i forgot , i also have the ATK F1 Xteme LEVIATAN edition coming to me, that blue color is just sweet and only 35 grams.
I've been using mine for 1 week now and ITS SO AMAZING, especially for the price, I've been using a g305 before this but it was so horrible for my hand size, the maya x is much more comfy just wish it was a bit bigger, give it a few more years and if I find anything bigger and better witch is more worth while I will definitely get it
@@DatBoyGuru I mean, you can check your copy right now, pretty sure it's the same for everyone. Frank from Lamzu is pretty well known and he was the one who said it was normal. But why though...
There's two things about my copy of the Maya X, the scroll wheel sometimes has this grinding rattle sound and feeling and the area where you rest the thumb doesn't sit 100 flushed to the base and can be flexed slightly.
Nice review! How does the G glow “究” feel like? Is it good with the mayaX? I often play competitive CS and wanna try a new control pad I’m 800x0.73 btw pretty low sens
On my Maya X, on the web app the battery is always at 100%, and I've been using the mouse for three days now. Does anyone have this problem or knows how to fix it? Thanks
How is the hump compared to the logitech g pro superlight? I have the small versino of the maya and Im thinking about purchasing the X version, in eloshapes seems like the hump is just a bit smaller. I use a relaxed palm-fingertip grip style, I find the gpx or gpx2 (same size) perfect for my grip but its true that the coating and clicks on the lamzu maya are waaaaaaaaay better than the gpx.
it's a control pad, smooth and does not make scratchy sounds. It's got a poron base. I think it's a type 99 clone, even the branding is 'jiu' which is 9 in chinese. Also the green is a vibrant green and not as muted or pastel like Type99.
@DatBoyGuru hey sorry for asking so much, I just wanted to ask how much was it? I have the dglow Jin, and it was 35 usd but for the Jin it's 60 dollars, just wanted to know if you think it's worth it considering an artisan would like 90 in my country, also have you tried the dglow one (the zero clone)?
i like the jin, jiu and lan. compared to artisan there's no difference in quality. of course the surface will differ. i like both brands equally but dglow is much cheaper obviously.
Does feel better with clicks, compared to v3 pro. I find it a little narrow for my hands but excellent mice. I got a maya coming today maya x be to big for me as gpx is horrible for me to use now.

@@DatBoyGuru What was the difference of the clicks? My return window for the thorn just expired :(

The scroll wheel creaks and pops, support said it was normal. Passing on this mouse because of that.
mine is perfect

i get mine tmrw hopefully no qc issues
good luck !! enjoy !

sounds like you need an RMA
@@DatBoyGuru so you're saying your scroll wheel steps are all smooth?
the mouse should be perfect
RMA with lamzu isn't so easy.
it should be, if you submit video evidence you can resolve it easily i think.
im receiving mine in 3 hours :3

yeah if you want control this is it. the brand is literally '9'

there's been a couple of firmware updates re battery issues

different shape but similar size. X is wider at the top.
How do you like the coating compared to the viper v3 pro, which one offer better grip?
both are really good but if i had to say which i think is better i would say it's the vv3p
aslso i find the mouse skips in some games is that because of the polling ?
if you have skipping issues you need to contact CS
how does the Mad r major compare with this? they seem very similar except the lamzu is double the price (and slightly heavier.)
lamzu is much sturdier and feels more dense in the hands
@@DatBoyGuru makes sense, it is heavier after all. worth double the price? probably not.
for some people maybe yes
does this lamza maya mouse smaller one have option for onboard memory like can you save setting on onboard profile
yes

@@DatBoyGuru yeah I was a bit sceptical but I'm seriously liking the Jin, so I think I'll go ahead with the Jiu, thanks!
@valmonart32 jiu is very vibrant compared to muted artisan colours
are therre any after market stakes?
idk but probably plenty of options because of it's popularity
Just get dots or donuts, if you use different mice. That way it's consistent

Subjective. You can’t notice the slight difference in latency
