Quick tips! But you should definitely read the book(7:26), it's an awesome read.
    - Estrogenics affects women negatively too
    - Avoid most plastics, weird chemicals, fake food dyes, the top herbicides, grains and stuff that contain mold(animals that eat grains also applies)
    - Sweating will sweat the chemicals and estrogenics from your body, estrogenics are stored in fat so having lots of fat is bad. Maybe you could go on cycles of cutting just to remove estrogenics stored in your body.
    - Avoid any processed food, should be obvious
    - Drink clean water, get a water filter(like a real filter) and dont store water in plastic bottles
    - Heating up plastics(estrogenics) will significantly make the estrohenics leach out more
    - Avoid storing liquids in plastic(Solids are better but still not ideal)
Hope to do a summary on Estrogenerations someday(hopefully soon!)

Another good and simple video from maxwell, lets all take steps to make sure we get kids and I tell my future Generation of Children that I use to be a Anime cosplayer (If I ever do so)
By 20-50 yrs from now ill tell my children/GrandChildren that I cosplayed Gojo Satoru, Megumi Fushiguro, Osamu Dazai, Ranpo Edogawa and etc while doing lots of crazy S#@£ like making a Video Game, Anime adaptation to that video game, a online business and etc
    Hopefully ill succeed in that

quick question, how could I know how bad I am affected by this? I'm 19, and I'm pretty sure I have pretty high levels of testosterone
for the following reasons: ie: I work out intensely 5 times a week, I've had a good beard ever since the age of 14, I don't have issues gaining strength, It's fairly easy for me to lose or gain fat/muscle. But I'd like to be able to use my maximal genetic potential.

The only real way to know is by checking your testosterone now, following a plan to get rid of estrogenic and checking if your testosterone went up after a while.
That being said, everyone is affected.
These scientists literally couldn't find people for a scientific study that didn't have BPA in their bloodstream. They had to get people from the Alaskan wilderness for a control group.

I dont mean the data is wrong. The scale of the graphs is rigged. A 50% decline looks like a 95% decline if the scale was correct
