“Due Process of Law” is a doctrine that not only checks if there is a law to deprive the life and personal liberty of a person but also ensures that the law is made fair and just.

The best explanation of these topics I've ever listened to.
Just a query ma'am, until know I knew the basic difference between the two being on grounds of justice and fairness, but I also thought that Due Process of law includes Executive actions also which Procedure established by law doesn't. So just wanted to know whether this conception of mine was correct or not?
