    I live in Colorado. Left Detroit January 2, 1981. Out here those houses would start at $1.5M. They never show these parts of the city on mainstream tv. Thank you sir for these videos

      There’s quite a few million dollar homes in Palmer woods and Indian village. And I know the news never shows this side of Detroit all they show is the bad.and your welcome I enjoy showing the world the good side of Detroit! Thanks for the support!

      Because very few of them exist in Detroit. The bad fat outweighs the good areas.

    One thing people that live in other States must know, Detroit Michigan have several Exclusive Neighborhoods, Palmer Woods, Palmer Park, Indian Village, Rosedale Park, Sherwood Forest etc. Also there are more Millionaires in Michigan than any other State, most of the wealthy people here are low-key, which is the right thing to do; The Media love to talk bad about Detroit but never want to show or say nice things about the Good-Life here; Also we have Bad politicians that are only out for themselves with some type of Crooked Ass Scheme that will hurt the average citizen. Shame on the City officials!!!!

    The people in Palmer Woods should invest and help the poorer areas of Detroit, and help build them up. Maybe they do in minor ways. In Chicago, we have Kenilworth, Wilmette, Glencoe, etc. In regards to wealthy, exclusive suburbs. Naturally the rich also reside on Michigan Ave.

    • @josephsierzengaIV
      @josephsierzengaIV 2 года назад +2

      This isn’t a suburb. It’s in Detroit proper… metro Detroit’s wealthy suburbs are The Grosse Pointes, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills and Bloomfield Twp.

    ...theres so much more to Detroit besides cars .. these homes are custom built by th lumbar Barrons of the era as well as ill magnets... they ere built in the 20's and earlier back before insulation was a big deal ... the heat bills of today would bankrupt most home owners today alone ...lots of stained glass and custom rooms were the norm ...pobquix tilte was everywhere and fireplaces were walk in sized too ... even a fireplace in the bed rooms ......
