In the heart of the ghetto
Arch bishop stayed there
John Sally had that house
The most beautiful home in michigan
Sure
Gaukler point or Edsel and Eleanor Ford‘s house definitely gives it a run for its money. Nothing beats it’s view
Ok so it's ONE of the most beautiful homes in Michigan.@@dougsteele5104
how did this go from 1.6 to 7 million in two years?
total renovation
@@PsychobabbleRapp The renovation has come to a complete halt. What you see in these images is how it appears today. The 7M asking price will never be met, as much of the work done thus far is terrible and will need to be redone.
@@millcity9711 I just read an article about this place, a sports star is behind it some how and the 7 mill asking price comes with a total renovation that would be completed 14 months after closing its part of the deal , that area is making a come back it said, and housing prices are expected to nearly triple there
@@PsychobabbleRappYou're right about that. That whole area west of Woodward at the north end of the city is doing really well these days. Palmer Woods is right around the "Avenue of Fashion," University of Detroit Mercy, Ferndale, the Detroit Golf Club and Palmer Park. Honestly if Highland Park and Caldean Town weren't a stone's throw away I'm sure property values would be worth even more.
Just a city boy....born and raised in South Detroit....he took the midnight train going.....
....ANYWHERE!! 🤣🤣🤣
I'll give you 5 Grand for it...CASH!🤣
No John Salley didn’t!! That’s not the house!!!!
yes it 2as Sally's house
@@michaelmageau2171 I think so - it was the "Bishop's Mansion." Sally said he converted the upstairs chapel to a movie room.
