Hello Robin, so glad you enjoyed it. Unfortunately that’s the one amenity that this estate doesn’t have. It does have geothermal for the HVAC and a backup generators for the electrical, but no solar.

grosse pointer here that lives in walking distance of this house. whoever did this to the house destroyed it, nothing original has been left and nothing "mediterranean" is left. there is no wonder the house hasn't sold. I don't think it ever will.
