    Unforgettable guy. once you meet him you never forget him. 100% Alaskan Dude since i met him in the early 80s for sure. Pleasant & hard working --typical Alaskan back then. I always cheer for Martin.

    Awesome guy, met him a couple of times. Knows a lot about sled dogs, and mushing in general. Meeting and learning from him and Jeff King are unforgettable experiences.

    Great interview, I meet Martin a few times and went to his house and kennel. One hell of a nice guy. Even gave me dog hints when I called him from Calif. where I live
