    Paul Lockyer features in this as a reporter. He sadly lost his life just a few years ago in a helicopter crash while making a documentary on the outback for the ABC.

    ABC, along with TV-1 in New Zealand, had to use the "BBC English". This was because the "BBC" used to be seen as being the network with the best standard of English. Today, ABC and TV-1 have better standards of English than the BBC.

    The late Clive Hale was the main newsreader in Adelaide before moving to Sydney, he famously refused to pronounce Roy & HG's show Club Buggery correctly every time he had to promo it, calling it Club Boou-gerrey.
    And the music is properly known as 'Majestic Fanfare', and TV removed a middle stanza wheras radio kept it
