I met Joshua and Ryan at the Nashville airport on Sunday! Thank you very much for the hug and kind words... you two truly are genuine people who care about your fans.
Anthony is amazing and a blessing to kids! My daughter's passion is that kids in school today learn about life and how to survive in the world post HS. There should be life classes as part of mandatory education. If only we could get the system to change!
If the system changed, there wouldn’t be debt slaves. Our economy is reliant on debt slaves.
I have 1 credit card where all purchases go through and I pay it like a utility bill at the end of the month. Done it for years with the same company. Financed a car (within means), paid it off in months. Credit score is high. Credit is a great tool, when used consistently and responsibly.
If you wanna buy something.. buy when you have cash to purchase.. that's give you fulfillment.. but buying things which you pay on monthly, yearly basis doesn't give you fulfillment.. Those are my dad's words which I still carry on with which it makes my life even simpler and fulfilled..
I’m so thankful to Dave Ramsey. He has helped become more careful with how I spend and save my money.
Jacqueline Maria I wish I knew about Dave Ramsey before I’m 39 now.
I agree with what he says but so not the way he says it. Absolutely no need to rant in that angry disrespectful way to people.
I laughed when Anthony said he paid interest on biscuits, and then thought about how many beers I'm still paying interest on.
My credit card debt wasn't huge (£3000, now down to £1800), but it was monopolising my energy. Debt has become normalised, and that's a scary thing. What many people fail to comprehend is that the amount they owe is the amount they owe only if they pay it off, in full, RIGHT NOW. In reality, interest is constantly accruing and they owe a lot more.
There's some great advice in this video, and if you're watching it you've already taken at least one positive step. Don't procrastinate with debt. Develop financial focus and patience, get it cleared, and start investing money in your passions and solidifying your future. Earn interest, don't pay interest.
I have just found you guys and I am so happy I did. Life changing. Thank you for all you do.
Thanks for bringing Anthony out! He's so great! Love all his advice.
Thanks for this video guys!
Great concept with bringing the studio into the theatre! And loving Anthony as a guest, so much fun! Plus he brought different perspective.
AMAZING PODCAST EVOLUTION !!! :)
Thanks for having Anthony on your episode. This was my first time listening to him and I find he had some really valuable information.
what a brilliant episode !
Yay! Great to be able to actually see you :)
Coincidence that I just took the class they mentioned, did it in summer school during June. It was definitely beneficial :)
CapOne was my first as well. They were very aggressive with college students in the 2000's. I have them again and they're wonderful but I am super vigilant and it's taken years to bring myself back from where I was when I was younger. Paid on time. Every month.
Anthony gives really good advice
Awesome talk.
Love from Atlanta
Great podcast ,I don't have credit cards nor debt as well, there no better feeling than "OWNING" something!
I love this! It makes me want to speak with artists in school about debt and earning.... I wish someone had said it to me but now I know :)
Iron City is a great place for this conversation. Love the information
Anthony is fantastic
I attended this event. It was amazing. I was sad no one asked about minimalism regarding objects, but the info on $ is so important!!!
Beth C The same situation in Nashville. Most questions were about money and grieving losses. There was, however, an amazing improptu performance from an audience member.
Man, I wish you guys would come to St. Louis.
Dang that song was good!
"The rich rules over the poor, And the borrower is servant to the lender." Proverbs 22:7
