In this special Saturday edition of 24 Oras aired on May 8, 2010 and in a rare instance that Mel Tiangco and Mike Enriquez anchored a weekend edition of this newscast, they used the Eleksyon 2010 studio that will be used on May 10. Also the miting de avance of presidential candidates were covered.
Nakakamiss yung si Mike and Mel ang anchor kapag may special edition/events.
Napakatimely nitong throwback kasi next year elections na naman. (First elections without Mike).

Parang dry run na rin nila ito sa E10 studio. Pati na yung mga equipment na gagamitin for the coverage.
The E10 HQs was located in Studio 7. 24 Oras and Saksi continued its use until May 14, Friday. Ginamit din ito ng Balitanghali and News on Q pero after na ng election coverage until May 14 din. This E10 setup would be reused noong Inauguration na ni PNOY.
Eh ang high tech kase ng studio nila. Lalong lalo na ang mga na-acquire nilang graphics system from VizRT na nagpatakam pala sa ating mga mata.

Fact: Bago pa magka-24 Oras Weekend, every weekend before Elections, may special editions ang 24 Oras anchored by Mel Tiangco and Mike Enriquez, the so called: “Tutok: Eleksyon 2004/2007.”
2016 na lang nag anchor si Pia at Jiggy Manicad for Election Coverage.

Ah, my first presidential election, first i mean first na napanood na live coverage. The first election that i participated/voted in was 2019, that was a midterm, and my first presidential election was 2022.
First election use ng Studio 7. Talagang pinag isipan na all big election coverage will go to Studio 7.

Masyadong maaga ang pagtakbo dito ni Senator Jamby Madrigal as President. Kung pinush nya na lang sana yung re-election nya as Senator malaki ang chance nya manalo kasi very popular naman sya that time.
@@franzchristianmiro98 Nawala kasi sya sa limelight for 3 years (2010-2013), syempre mas napapansin yung mga active that time both senate and congress. Kaya siguro natalo si Senator Madrigal noong 2013, same sa case nila Senator's Magsaysay, Gordon and Zubiri , natalo din sila. But sana she tried uli last 2016 like what Gordon and Zubiri did, kasi in 2015 surveys pumapasok ang name ni Jamby sa Magic 12 sana tumakbo uli sya. Kasi sina Senator Gordon and Zubiri nakabawi sila noong 2016. Same din sa case ni Senator Sotto, natalo sya in 2007 but nakabawi noong 2010.

not really, she could have been top 5 if she accepted endorsement or revived juday ulit kahit sa campaign rally. I disagree with her stan na when mag isa ka na dapat tumakbo as president or she could have had a slate of senate and vp. She was quite doomed na from the start since bihira yata ang nagawa niya sa senado and even if she was from fpj coaliton back in 2004 she probably was low profiled in her tenure in the senate or wasn’t that active and tiyaka solo candidate pa siya. Basically hina ang public image niya despite being from fpj coalition in 2004 and media presence

i might sound nitpicky but i can't help but notice that the on-screen graphics here this time look horrible and look like they were made for a high school project. one of the rarest things to ever happen on this programme lmao
