Whenever I listen to it, this sound is opening an inner space of multidimensionality and magic, filled with warmth and deep peacefulness... opening up vast inner landscapes . For creative work, for contemplation, for writing, for cooking...my soundtrack for deep connection to the inner world. Filled with gratitude for the creator of this music and the big mystery that creates all that is. ❤
This is great! I felt a bit sad today & couldn't think of someone to talk with about that. But then RUclips decided that I might also like this, because I had been listening to "My Life in the Bush of Ghosts". This immediately calmed me down and with its help I meditated for about half an hour, until the Universe had replaced my sadness with light. Thank you ever so much for sharing!
Glovanna, this piece in the key of D and I always thought of D as orange, and it makes me think of digestion (like the churning of the enzymes and such) and just a sort of inner-fire in general. Wheras C is warm and fuzzy (red), and C# is activity (red-orange). D seems more like the applied science to the first two notes. I think the slow and steady furnace in a cold hose is an amazing analogy. The tri-tone of D/orange is A-flat, which I actually see as the coldest key: blue. And to maybe prove that i'm in entirely crazy, Neroli (the Eno's title for this piece) is a type of orange. Neroli perfume is make form the biter-orange tree, the neroli. Pretty wild! By the way, if interested, my werk is here, esp. on my main ch., The Acoustic Rabbit Hole. Be well! - _Frank Montoya_
@@TheCidraque I agree. it has a meditative sound. dont care for any of the new stuff today. I grew up with the best 60's 70's. music. now that played out.

Forgot I’d put ear pods in. Thought I was having a moment of inexplicable calm with a helicopter in the distance.

As I understand, he's a expert in not analog synthesis (Vince Clarke/Erasure) but FM synthesis. Frequency Modulation Synthesis.
Slow steady heat from a furnace in a cold house. 🔥

RIP he was a good man
Brian Eno recently said all he's doing is making noise. He's not kidding.
Yeah but top tier noise nonetheless
Well, it's beautiful and we need more of it.
