Excelent story. It brings my own ghosts to life. Here I am an old man sitting in an empty house ,except for an old cat, she adopted me 15 years ago. My lady after three years suddanly ran off. I never heard from her again.I could never think of moving I tried to reachout to her parents but they said she asked them to never tell me anything but that she was OK.. I herd , after 5 years,she died in a car crash, he was drunk. It took 20 minutes for him to pass , pinned in the drivers seat, with her lifeless body glaring at him. After 54 years I still pray he felt every second. After a few glasses of wine and some J.S. Bach I suppose it's my bed time. Thankyou and God bless.
Yeah I mean people aren't just "insecure about aging" to this point. Such a sad thing she did. Glad for him though. He still led a brilliant life despite his loss.
Is a sweet story. Needed to be told in this forum. Narrator sounds a bit choked up a few times. Now if AI has reached that level of sentience, well, lots of possibilities. But not much time cuz Bible Prophecy is quite apparently going to interrupt all fantasy worlds. But is Truthful and Wonderful.
The reader needs to practice more. There are natural pauses and inflections in the story she just runs over. Is this the first time she is reading this?
