The last model I dropped once with a case on the whole inside screen is fried. It's completely black. No foldable for me until they make them more durable.
Until folding display devices use regular glass its a nonstarter because they are functionally inferior. When your fingernail can cause damage to your display, who is buying that? Then the factory installed plastic screen protector - I don't like screen protectors. This is a cool design but just isn't practicle - in theory it would use 99% regular glass and only this "flex glass plastic" composite where it folds? IDK - and even the physical crease is visually and physically distracting. IS there some material I Am unaware of that acts like glass, durable as glass, yet can fold with no crease?
I really want to know what's the difference between this Motorola Razr Plus and the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra 🤷🤔 Please someone enlighten me because I can find no one to compare the phones and I tried looking up info on Google.
The 50 ultra is non US version.. It comes with 12gb/512 gb .. The US/Canada version is called razr+ that is capped at 12gb/256gb Also the razr 50 ultra comes with charging brick and hard case and in some Asian markets even gets the moto buds+ free. The US/Canada version doesn't get any of those
This is how companies break their phones in order to create a 5-year road map to make it appear like every year is an improvement. Motorola already has 67 w charging for their other devices yet they lack that in this so it's just going to be a next year upgrade making you believe that you're paying for a new feature when the technology has already been there for years.
That RAZR is truly disappointing - Since January users have to open the phone to use Google Assistant, and Moto is not even committing to fix this critical user-function, despite still advertising that Assistant can be used with the phone closed. It is a serious defect for a phone that promotes usability when closed. The Lenovo/Moto/RAZR support/discussion board shows how little Moto is taking any responsibility of a broken feature Moto specifically promotes. Moto RAZR... outrageous you have to open the phone to use Google Assistant, awkward, not as advertised, more wear on the hinge and screen fold... since Jan '24 - still that way in June. Great idea, but someone dropped the ball on this critical function.
Do anybody want to accept Jesus Christ as your savior he want to give you Love and peace and happiness and joy and salvation and eternal life if you confess your sins
It's pretty sad you have to shove your beliefs down ppls throats on the Internet if people wanted to hear about Jesus they would go to church (which I am Christian and go to church) but just stop shoving shit down ppls throats on the Internet
Flip phones are kind of cool again.
LOVING that green! My viva magenta Razr Plus 2023 was so cool but the greens definitely got me!
The exterior display on the new Razr+ looks like it's the perfect size.
Still miss my old Motorola razr hello moto😊
Blows the z flip out of the water
I’m hoping the low light is much better this time
I thought that as well, but after hearing the leaks and rumors, I think both will end up being very competitive.
Have you used both? I'm just curious because I'm really torn between the two.
regular motorola razr for $700 seems like a steal
even cheaper on Chinese websites
Definitely getting the plus
Nice upgrades, 4 inches vs 3.6 inches for the cover display looks like a big difference, but not sure about ditching ultrawide camera for telephoto
Ditching the ultrawide for a telephoto lens is a smart move in my opinion.

I'm getting this because of that outside display. Been wanting the option for a mini phone
I hate how you really have to choose between the bigger cover display of Razr+ against the ultrawide camera of the regular Razr 2024.
Toms guide never disappoints. Great job, best comparison so far
Very nice just got the email from Motorola saying it was coming and I had to take to RUclips to see if anyone had hands on yet great video!
Thanks for watching! - John V.
Thank you for the video. Does the razr+ 2024 has wired desktop mode or wireless only? They called it readyfor before.
RIP Flip 6 😂
I do love those colors
THANK YOU BEYOND BROTHER❕❕
I prefer the regular over the plus for the ultra wide camera too
I just got last year's RAZR plus, and then like a week later they announced this😭
Same 😂
I knew the new one came out because the ply’s dropped to 40.
How much do both models differ in energy consumption? There are different processors. Which model will live longer and for how much longer?
Nice phone, was gonna buy it but read too many negative comments about the hinge breaking too easy.
I got the standard razr a month ago. The best phone i ever had.
Wow, I think you sold me on the base model. I'm not much for the AI feature although I do miss having the assistant work when closed.
The names are way too similar to me - I’m still confused 😂
Why would you buy a 2024 RZR when you could buy a 2023 RZR+ for cheaper? Seems like the 2023+ is better in every way then the 2024 standard.
2024 razr has a bigger battery, better camera, and better chip. In what way is the 2023 better??
Looks great, but too bad Moto's software support is abysmal.
Price?

@@ss-me8zx Can you buy 512 gb non-US version and use in the US?
@@TW-hb2cr you can
@@TW-hb2cr yes you can
Motorola make flip phones great again😎
😄
I didn't know I could do that with it 2:08
If only it’s not pricey 😭

All companies do this!
Is there a Spotify widget for the external screens?
Yes.
@@NovaDoll awesome, thank you!
I’m not happy Verizon won’t be selling these phones.
欲しい
Nice but out of my price range maybe a RAZR 2023.
peace be upon you sir

Don't worry, I'm sure they'll patch with the next software update 🙄
