I suffer from intense brain fog during my luteal phase and first 2 days of menstruation. It affects me physically also sometimes like problems in coordination, crossing streets even falling down from stairs due to foggy vision. However, I have started stress management these days like meditation, breathing and journaling also sometimes and this, brain fog has been reduced to some extent. Hope it goes away forever with these steps. Thank you Doc 😊

Important. I would want to add a symptom that I have been personally facing whenever I have had a brain fog. I feel my receptors are working less. I feel less hot/cold. I feel weights less in gym and you dont feel that lifting this heavy can be injurious. Also,it feels like I become less aware of my body and jus 7-8 hours sleep is not enough. I feel anxiety even when I am walking down the street. Anyone feels relatable?Is it okay?
