today I'm talking about the statement cody ko & noel miller posted on their tmg website in regards to the recent allegations after popular youtubers like d'angelo wallace, moistcrtical, h3h3productions, ludwig, and sensitive soci3ty have talked about the situation, it has blown up, so I decided to give my perspective as well

quick correction: I say in the video that Cody might not respond *I mean directly to the claims head on!
This is more of a „this person is no longer with the company“ statement then a responds in my opinion….
At this point we might never see an ACTUAL responds from Cody himself, but only time will tell.
totally, but it’s strange because he technically still is with the company, just going to be in the background
The thing is, we don’t even know if these allegations are even TRUE or not, there needs to be a deeper investigation on this case. I wish we had a more fair justice system here in America. As of right now, I am not for or against Kody until I see more proof!

His lack of response is confirmation he did it. And Gaby Hanna confirmed it ages ago. The stories line up. If you just like Cody and don’t care, then say that. But this nonsense.
he still should be given the chance to give a personal statement, if he never responds thats one thing
but for example, the kwite situation was proof that sometimes a response takes a month or two

Very interesting for him to step away from day-to-day actions but not completely. He has always been obsessed with money so it makes sense he wants to keep profiting off the company - potentially they also have a contract that's hard to break. The Try Guys only were able to get Ned out through careful litigation because he was an owner, it might be even harder when there's only 2 owners. Cody's obsession with wealth is actually what caused me to stop watching him - I transitioned from watching his main channel to then only his fitness channel and podcast. He was so proud he invested in liquid death and made millions. Then, while Kelsey was pregnant, he joked that he literally knew nothing about babies. They were around 5 months out from delivery and his incompetent husband jokes alongside Kelsey's genuine educational responses. He's always been a Silicon Valley Frat Tech Bro and didn't hide it as well on his other channels. I hope his wife, kid, and cats are doing okay.
