In BBS of Beam you will also get to know about different position in which bars are placed. according to its positioning bars are named as:
1) Top Main Bar
2) Bottom Main Bar
3) Top Extra Bar
4) Bottom Extra Bar
5) Stirrups
While Calculating top extra bar we need to understand how the bars are being placed by reading the drawing in a proper manner.
About BAR BENDING SCHEDULE:
1) BAR BENDING SCHEDULE gives the detailed information about type of bar, size of bar, cutting length of bar, quantity of bar etc.
2) BAR BENDING SCHEDULE saves the wastage of steel and saves the project cost.
3) BAR BENDING SCHEDULE helps in making detailed Estimation.

In this u didn't considered the deduction for three 90° bends and two bends of hooks,

Bcz stirrup ka half Kia hai..agar sirf cover deduction Kia hota ta bend deduction hota...
Your right bro 90° alonge deducted 2D capital D ( 2*8 *3) = total length of stirrup - 48 mm length deducted

cutting length of the master ring stirrup should be 2944mm instead of 3040mm. increment of 96mm will decrease the column clear cover.
