Overally your explanation is so better but one think when you talking the vertical reinforcement bar you should be add development length of the column and deduct the the 20 mm for footing main bar and distibution bar.

bro main bar ke nos nikalne ke liye 1600 ko kiun nai len ge reply pls because ap ne khud bataya k main bar shorter span pe ate ha tu 1600 tu smaller dimension ha uspe kiun nai lenge?

Sir ek bat ka confusion h agar hum jitni quantity calculate kiye h aur hum utni hi steel order krte hai to steel kam nhi par jayegi sir
Kyunki hum jab cutting krenge to kuch scrap bi usme se nikal jayega to wo quantity fir km ho jayegi
To sir hum jitni quantity calculate kiye h utni hi order kare ya usse kitna aur zyada order kare

Er, Footing height is 65 cm. Single mesh #10 mm dia.bar not safe, with design double layer mesh ( bottom and top) .

This is not a standard size for example I took 7m...it should be high or low according to the plinth height from footing base
