Saw you guys on somebody elses channel. I do see the standard liners cheaper than any one else...although for the big boxes its still a bit too much for me.
I don't know what process you use for the pre-made liners, but there are a few tricks I learned working with this system (I both used them as a crew chief in the AF, and did Support, where I was building them up, cutting, etc). I would keep the removed outlines, in case a CTK was changed and it lacked a certain tool that was deemed obsolete. So, we could just glue that removed piece back in, get it flush with the top, and if the blade we cut with was sharp, you wouldnt see where it was (works better with the lower density foam, not the really dense foam).
Next time I redo a box (which I seem to be doing waaay too often) Ill give you guys a call. I do like working with small business, and I could give you guys some ideas for once the trend of foam fades from the DIY, and maybe move more towards professional mechanics (which as you guys know, change tools, add, remove, A LOT).

So the exact toolbox you’re measuring the Husky black one is the one that I have I imagine you’ve already made all the tool inserts for it, so can I just buy that set from you?

That box is the Husky heavy-duty 56-inch, 23-drawer toolbox. If you browse around on the FoamFit Tools website, you'll find organizers to fit the Husky 432-pc, 922-pc, and 1025-pc sets. Also, anything we make to fit the Husky 52-inch box would fit in the 56-inch box. If you work with our customer service department, they can modify existing layouts meant for the 52-inch box by cutting them on a larger sheet of tool foam, so they fill the drawers of the 56-inch box completely.
