Foam Tool Organizer by the Router Method
You guys ever run sales? Highly interested but the price is a bit steep for me.
Just ordered a set for my cart for auto tech school. I can't wait to set it all up!
That's great to hear!
Foam is dumb. If add even a single tool the whole thing is janky. Just put your damn tools in the box and go to work.
We appreciate the feedback. If your foam has space, you're able to cut extra tools into it yourself or you can reach out to us at info@foamfittools.com to see if we can help.
Make some icon I would love to get a set
We're working on some Icon and expect to have some coming up in the next month or two! If you reach out to us at info@foamfittools.com, we'll add you to our list to be the first to know when they launch.
This is sweet! I was going to purchase the quinn set during harbor freight's last sale several days ago but decided not to because it would be so annoying to figure out how to organize it. Started looking at gearwrench and kobalt sets with eva foam instead even though i preferred the quinn. Now i'm going to hold off purchasing a toolset until the quinn goes back on sale and then buy these foam trays. Hopefully the sale will come back soon
I checked out your RUclips Channel. I've noticed your content is great, but you will get no increase in views if you have not done the proper SEO and keyword research for your title, description, tags, and more. which impacts your views and subscriber growth.
Needs silk screened indicators for each screwdriver i.e. #2 + T3. Etc
The Craftsman 42-pc set is model CMHT65300. You can find all the organizers we make for this large screwdriver set here: www.foamfittools.com/cr042sds.php
Current storage system isn't broken but i'm going to fix it anyway.
I have that cart took small big drawer out ordered 2 small drawers and a set of slides added 2 more small drawers works great .
1 less reason to buy snap-on! Just checked out the website, great business
please release for the master socket sets for chrome sockets
so the whole drawer is for a set of ratcheting wrenches? lol such a waste of space. id never buy these. make it more compact..
Nice layout but I'm not a huge fan of the foam... A couple of potential improvements: 1. Good to see all the sockets and ratchets in the same drawer. You need to keep the extensions with the sockets. Think 3D and either place them UNDER the ratchets or use clips/magnets to put them on the bottom of the lid. Lots of unused space there. 2. Need to color code the Metric vs SAE stuff. Maybe a green for under the Metric and a red for under the SAE? Also get a paint pen and fill the socket/wrench sizes with the appropriate colors. 3. I don't usually take my box to the job so I set up some socket holders that I can remove from the box and take the set with me (1/4 drive metric sockets vs SAE sockets). 4. To get more wrenches in turn them on edge. Even if that means putting sizes on the foam and on the tools. I can't live without two of each wrench since there's always some person that modified what I'm working on with a jam nut at a critical location that requires two wrenches to get it off. 5. My toolbox like this came with a thin piece of what looks like a rubber type foam. I keep that on top to keep it from getting scratched up and to keep stuff from sliding/rolling off. I believe that there is a modification on these carts that allows you to disable the automatic drawer lock when the lid comes down. Just don't remember what it is at the moment. Like I said... nice layout. ..and the colors help identify missing pieces. The foam makes for a nice presentation and is good to ensure you don't have missing tools.
We appreciate how much thought you've given to our product and the time you took to let us know what your preferences would be. We'll pass this along as potential ideas to use in the future.
Very nice!!
the yellow is great looking
We may be biased, but we agree!
Was looking at this kit buy was holding back because I really wanted foam inserts. Definitely gonna pick one up now
Just bought this exact tool chest and tool combo definitely gonna order this couldn’t have been luckier to run across this video any sooner. Little pricey but definitely worth it if you consider how much time and precision this takes. Thank you kindly
We look forward to getting your order!
Very nice! Just came across this. I’ll be checking out your website. Question, how is the durability of these organizers long term? Can they be cleaned using a certain method? It’s about time someone did this for specific “use cases” as most of us looking for something like this have crazy OCD. Nice work 👍
The durability is great. We have organizers in our CNC shop that have been in use for 15 years. For cleaning oil, we've had good luck with soapy water (like Dawn) or cleaners like 409 or Fantastic. I wouldn't recommend brake cleaner, but we've done some testing to make sure the foam doesn't get sticky if exposed to brake cleaner, gasoline, etc.
@@FoamFitTools Really appreciate the quick reply! Your products look top notch. Your website is loaded with info so I need to go though what you offer and what I have to match. I’m a tool snob so I have many brands, but for my small setup in the shed it’s the Quinn 428 set along with the 5-draw USG cart.
Damn is green the only color hf offers right now!
Our favorites are the Blue and Red options... but we may be biased based on our own colors.
Need more snap on foam in snap on colors like hi viz yellow. A master plier set would be a great place to start. Snap on had foam plier sets but none included their super popular adjustable needle nose. PL600ES1FO + PL600ES2FO + LN46ACF = 7in. Length + LN47ACF = 9in. Length
Thanks so much for letting us know what you'd like to see. We do have more SnapOn on our list to tackle, so it's always good to hear what you want when we're deciding what to do next.
You should always have the link in description or a pinned comment.
Thanks for the tip! We've included them here just for you: www.foamfittools.com/details05763.php www.foamfittools.com/details05752.php
😊 I would love to see this in a 72 inch and 56 in cabinet size
If you reach out to our customer service at info@foamfittools.com, I think we can find something that works for you for this boxes. Let us know, we love to help.
I'd like to see a lime green and black foam offered. I think you would sell a lot of them.
Too bad you don't have the link anywhere. I found it despite your best attempts to foil me. And it's way too expensive for Quinn.
how much? i’m looking into this now
My boss needs to watch this... Fucker only buys Pittsburgh bull shit and not even what we need retard buys standard sockets for a Kia shop
Nice job. Very nice.
love the video. do you guys have any plans to make foam organizers for the icon or capri tools?
Glad you liked it! We do have ICON on the list. Because they have so many smaller sets, we'd love to hear what tools/sets of theirs you'd like to see organized.
@@FoamFitTools for me personally the metric ratcheting wrenches is the biggest one. also their 1/2 and 3/8 impact sockets.
Icon Wrench sets please in green
@@dillard715 Which ones are you hoping for first? Combo, ratcheting, something else?
I was thinking $150 for the 4 piece set. The whole set costs about the same as the cart…..that’s unfortunate.
shut up and take my money good sir.....placing my order friday
Could you use this for other tool brands than the Quinn set? I have tools from just about every company lol. I love the blue and black on the green. It looks awesome.
Unfortunately, there is a lot of variance between tool brands, so it's very unlikely to work. Luckily, we have lots of other brands we've organized sets for and are always taking in suggestions for what we should organize next. Let us know if you have a set you'd like to see organized!
Very nice work
The Quinn set is pretty decent for the price. Used daily for the last year. Served me well so far
Oh wow, we had a new guy start and we almost bought him a car and Quinn set but would be hard to organize all that affordably. With this it would have fixed that issue.
Now you know where we are for any new hires in the future. We appreciate you watching!
Really impressive! I just bought the 30in tool kart and I’m considering purchasing the Quinn too set! Nice work!
Now you know what the first accessory you need for those purchases should be. Glad you enjoyed the video!
Check out our website to order foam inserts for your toolbox. Would you be willing to do this with the same U.S general cart but with Icon tools instead?
@@julianaguilar4671 We do have Icon tools on our list, but they shy away from larger sets. What Icon would you want to see organized in our tool foam first?
@@julianaguilar4671 We have some Icon in the works. We're still finalizing what sets for what size foam, but, if you email us at info@foamfittools.com we'll make sure you're on the list to know first when it's coming out!
@@FoamFitTools thank you so much. Do you guys do custom orders?
@@julianaguilar4671 I'd reach out to info@foamfittools.com with the details and we can determine if it's a good fit from there.
This is awesome!
Thanks for watching!
I bought both of the quinn sets today the 1/2 and the 3/8 and just ordered the foam from you guys. Thank you!
Thanks for trying us out. I hope you love the organizer!
Can yall do one for snap on pliers or icon pliers since they are similar as well?
Thanks for the feedback. Is there a specific set or group of ICON or SnapOn pliers you're interested in? Since they typically come individually or in small sets, we'd love to hear which ones you're interested in.

I just shadowed their 1/4 - 1 1/4 regular combo set in my aviation box with with an ernst basic rack. If i could get a tight fit vertical orientation and then reverse the 1/4 - 1" reversible ratcheting set that would be sweet. In basic terms, both sets in interlocking triangles to conserve room. Preferrably for a us general series 3 2nd drawer.
We do have at least one option for Tekton ratcheting wrenches on edge. If this doesn't work for you, don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@foamfittools.com to see if we have any other options that we can do to help organize your drawer(s). www.foamfittools.com/details05579.php
@FoamFitTools once I get settled in my new position and get the other wrenches on hand I'll very likely inquire about having something done since you have the dimensions, maybe I'll request it as a dad's Christmas present.
@@brandonm6052 We look forward to being a part of an awesome gift.
Nice video and really nice looking cases 👌 👍
Thanks. We work hard to make quality products from USA sourced materials and appreciate your feedback!

Those are beautiful !
Thanks; we love hearing that people enjoy our product. We must admit, they look even better in person!
nice! you should make one that fits in milwaukee packout case or drawer they will sell out
Thank you for the feedback. We've certainly considered this and will post if/when we make some organizers for this or similar products.
Nice to see these designs for new tools coming out. Can't believe this channel isn't more popular. Would like to see other colors like purple etc
We appreciate your comments. While purple isn't currently available, we have a production employee that would love the way you think. Luckily, we do have several other color combinations to choose from.
Part numbers are F-05752-T for the foam that fits both the 48-pc and 61-pc sets, and F-05763-T for the foam that fits just the 61-pc set with the deep sockets tipped down.
Audio not good on your video
Thanks for the feedback. We're trying a new microphone on our next video, so tune in to see if that helps.
Are these on the website now? I’m not seeing them yet.
I hit publish on the video too fast, but they are on the website now. Sorry!
how does this compare with Shadowfoam?? there is a guy on youtube (channel by the same name) he really sells it. Are you guys an American company?
