You cannot fix a blacklisted or stolen phone because if you change the imei number and get caught it's a 6 year jail rap because it's illegal to change the identity of a phone knowing it's blacklisted or stolen this is only for unlocking phones

Folks always assume ppl steal just cause they inquire. So those employees didnt steal they turned in n after time they got item. N theres auction places as well that sells unclaimed items. Just saying my inquiry wasn't for a stolen phone. Nop, Chimera only needs Dongle if you want to use it in different PC all the time. Without the dongle if you want to log in a different account. You have to log out and wait 2 days after using it in another PC. That is the difference.
