I've had my Rocket 3 GT for 2 months now. It's a beasty beast. Love it. Best bike I've ever had.
The best tail tidy that i have seen for the Rocket 3 is the one made by corbin. They made a fender extender which can really help in having mud go over the riders back. Hope you can make something similarly. Your method makes the number plate as mud flap of sorts.
Corbin tail tidy is pretty expensive though - $600+ !!
I'd like to see the rear fender extend out over the tyre, not short as Triumph has designed it. It would make the bike look longer as well give rain protection
A functional rear fender would be nice.
There has to be a way to make the rear turn signals integral to the brake light. Sort of the way they did it on the VROD muscle. Give it a much cleaner look. The bullet turn signals are awkward and out of place on this bike.
I want to test ride this bike but there are no dealerships in my state.
The rear turn signals are a no go. Like a spiked collar on a Disney princess.
I like the idea of integrated brake light and turn signals.
when will the turn signal indicators for the front and the rear be available?
What can you do for the exhaust. That whats keeping me from buying this bike. I want it to be really loud.
Nothing out there that's worth the money nor that add HP. More likely take HP away like the comp werks slipon.

Have you all tried making a set of engine bars?? I would really be interested in that
I would like to see that too. I am not aware of any available. I could try making a set or outsource it.

NOW... I m interested in purchase the Lidlox helmet lock, but can you tell me if it is strong enough to serve as a drop protection in case I drop the bike?

Have you checked out the one by Corbin? Its worth taking a look. I'll probably go that route. Hopefully OEM and aftermarket parts and accessories increase in the near term.
Can you make a short rear fender for the older R3?
Where can i purchase the ball mount plate? I would like to mount my TomTom550 between the gauge and the windshield...
LaMonster, I guess you also went the same route, I bought that driver shaft for the M109r about 11 years ago and also went the Rocket III route. I'm kind of bum that they don't have an exhaust for this baby yet, I call akrapovic and they are only making it for the limited edition. On my last rocket III Jardine had a nice full system, hope someone comes up with one for this model.
Dave Platt Exhausts does 3-1, 3-2 (same side), and a 3-3 (stock configuration); no idea about sound or power.
Have you all tried an engine bar mod?
Bought the tail tidy, but no idea how to fully take off the oem fender.

I think the lidlox are great.... not. They keep your helmet being good wet overall when it raind,and damage your paintjob when its windy. How can this be a good solution? It looks nice i admit, but thats really all i guess...
The tail tidy would be illegal in the UK as the license plate would be too small . Looking for a UK solution...

@@LamonsterGarage aw man, that's not great. it is good you're still in the sun and riding! I'll keep you in my thoughts brother. You helped me sort my VTX many rotations around the sun ago, and I still have that bike hah. stop by the forums sometime, the hardcore are still around
Looks alright but completely destroys the beautiful harmony of the view from bow to stern.
Plus, you're losing a small but effective mud guard with this conversion. If you want a beautiful machine that's 'second to none' and turn its backside into that of a bloated 2017 Yummy FZ-10, then look no further.
