I would because I use Orb of Arion + Purple Healing Ray + Omegahedron + Replenishing Adapter V, but that DPS would only get 2x priority heal before I run out of power and need to use my weapons and a minor group heal to get some power back. I wouldn't want to be the controller in that hypothetical group though 😅
ive gotten to were i view these artifacts as less which is the absolute best as for sure some are consistently better. but the differences in some of the combinations can come real close. but the main benefit is just the diffrent ways to play they offer. It took a while to get enough leveled but once you do. they just let you change it up sometimes

Im honestly really disappointed with this art (mostly in combo with amulet, but also on its own). We could have gotten smth, that actually helps healers to deal with amulet and that adds smth new to the game. But instead we got: - Another amulet (just power instead of health) -> Same stacking-mechanic means if you have to use a finisher you loose both effects (atleast for dps). -> Both stacking your might the same way is just really sad. Like we could have gotten so many other stacking effects or effects in general to actually help with amulets shortcomings (some sort of crit stacking, aoe or dot effects, stacks in response to beeing damaged, etc.). We already have all the might we need trough amulet, just give us literally anyting else to work with. - It actually being anti-synergistic with amulet baffles me. Instead of helping healers we make life even more difficult for healers and trolls (at least if you want to play with 10 stacks to have some sort of upside for running both arts). And even if you should get better damage numbers with this in some rotations, you just are such a burden to the team. And it would be not because the art synergizes with some power or it has some unique effect, that sets it apart form others, it would be purley bc might go brrrr (wich we already have with amulet anyways). And we wont get a new might art for prob 4 episodes, so we prob wont get any meta changes (aside form hopefully eog) for the might side of things for a long time.
Now im curious will this kill battery trolls permanently because of that power return, or will it bring back battery trolls because people would be trying to stack the might to get its max potential
with every update there is a less and less reasons to be pure battery trolls, I think its more alot of them don't want to buff troll because everyone is telling them they should only buff troll

This will be another toxic art. People ran amulet without a finisher now People will run them both pushing the troll and healer harder or just run this without a finisher or just with a basic power heavy loadout and complain saying the troll sucks. The devs should actually show how'd they use the art ls they make because I'm sure they have no idea how impractical some of them are.
if you run a finisher and go 4-5 stacks you can maintain it without dying but then you are less than just a normal rotation setup so what is the point then

He’s right they won’t change pvp open world. Which sucks!!!!! I fight open world sometimes u gotta mix pvp and pve gear and as a dps I use Mystic symbol to take that damage! Its stupid.
This the same issue with La-Mort Card needs to be an indication whether it’s working properly and nobody is saying anything on the forums and it’s frustrating.
La mort card will proc on top of the enemys head when their health reaches 35% and the damage it hits will depend with the number of stacks of dooms you got on the target

If you’re a huge liability for a healer already plus with this art combo the healer will let you die. Which is smart of the healer if the troll or healer is not that good. Even if you have the best healer and best troll with lernea and ebon you take so much damage you practically one shot yourself. Itt is not worth it. I would keep lernea over ebon personally. So ebon is not that good of a artifact for damage compared to lernea unless you don’t like taking damage then it is a good artifact over lernea. But if you can stay alive somehow which will not be possible then use both but you most likely will die no matter what dps you are but the amount of damage is wild such a huge boost. With compounds and trinkets and stuff you will probably have a max around 400k might if you’re maxed stats already it is insane the amount of damage but you will die almost instantly so you won’t be able to do any rotation
I use Amulet on my ST and if anything it keeps me alive with the Finisher you just can’t spam a a certain ability all the time it’s just like clipping and adding Ebon’s art is only going to make Might dps better and will be able to compete against prec
Did you test them both, what you said here isn't true. I'm using both and survived a situation where all the other Dps have died, leaving me and Tank on the battlefield.

Problem is guys...I use Muni - so I want to keep Trans in there. Trans + Solar + Ebon's is looking like the play. Just have to maintain my power instead of relying on the healer to heal me up.
My water dps loadout could maybe make it work. But id have to sacrifice either quislet or my heat vision for having both. Tho i have thought of using maybe just one of them. Currently i use grim quiz and heat vision amplified art as my 3 and it goes well enough. Seeing as i use attuned robot sidekick to. But now i wonder if ebon would be just too crippling for anyone with 2 or 3 pets in their setup. Not sure honestly what i will end up doing personally. But. I did think of lazerus. If one used that. Maybe they could survive a bit. But even at max. They have a 5 minute delay before they can auto res or be protected again anyway. Lol Gimmicky arts arent bad. I think the power comes back to you fast without a troll and if you use your finisher tk get your power back and use your weapons for power you’ll be fine and your damage will be insane. I got so much damage in the alert and raid with 133mil in the 4man and 157mil in the 8man I think this is great for DPS and I only have it at rank 99
Stop the daily shutdowns, get rid of stat clamp and boss buffing (no one wants either), fix the adaptive augments (there's too many), fix the broker, and fix this broken game! Why are the devs listening to the few elitists with egos and not the majority?
Devs need to stop with the money gouging via arts and time capsules. This game is not even worth $15/month. Espeically when you factor in daily shutdowns. This is the only game that does it. Yet, those daily shutdowns dont fix SHIT.
@@theminotaur8015 the daily shutdowns is because the DCUO servers aren't designed to run 24/7, every server shuts down to reset aspects of the game. The game was designed to run on a PS3, the servers haven't changed since then, just upgrades

As a water healer main that tends to keep my group shielded 90-100% of the time. If shields are up and nobody else is taking damage but this one dps is killing himself due to his arts. I’ll just let him die just because me spamming priority heals for this one crappy dps the whole raid just isn’t logical. Dps need to learn their role. Do damage and pick up fallen Allies it’s that simple. Dps mains that only dps are the problem with this game. If everyone prioritized their role the game would flow so much smoother
Just chose one out of Ebon or Amulet. Don’t use both. In my opinion Ebon would be better because wouldn’t you rather do more damage and lose power or do more damage and lose your own health and end up dying. I’d rather lose power

ebon will work with mental aoe but for single target you are using the finisher too often to build stacks

it was apart of a time capsule so you should see it towards the bottom of the quark vendor. You can also try the broker as you can sell the artifact

And they’re still dying with no damage incoming that’s their fault I don’t feel bad. Dps today are so entitled they act like their 💩 rotations are more important than picking up fallen Allies. I as a healer should never have ti stop healing to pick up the troll

Rage is already top dps. You forgot. The melee rotation is unbeatable and will be more unbeatable. Even gadgets and mental will be even more broken in duel and pvp.

la mort card damage is low compared to other options for single target. You can run it, it will work with Ebon but not ideal

quantum can certainly use it, with amulet but be an issue but just ebon could work. trans-quislet-ebon for example

from the damage of the artifact combo? yes a shield would stop it until the shield reached its limit
The 3% damage reduction seems kinda random to me imo
it was an attempt to give synergy to amulet paring so the extra dmg from amulet because of ebon would be reduced a bit

I think the power comes back to you fast without a troll and if you use your finisher tk get your power back and use your weapons for power you’ll be fine and your damage will be insane. Stop the daily shutdowns, get rid of stat clamp and boss buffing (no one wants either), fix the adaptive augments (there's too many), fix the broker, and fix this broken game! Why are the devs listening to the few elitists with egos and not the majority?
Devs need to stop with the money gouging via arts and time capsules. This game is not even worth $15/month. Espeically when you factor in daily shutdowns. This is the only game that does it. Yet, those daily shutdowns dont fix SHIT.

@@theminotaur8015 the daily shutdowns is because the DCUO servers aren't designed to run 24/7, every server shuts down to reset aspects of the game. The game was designed to run on a PS3, the servers haven't changed since then, just upgrades

@@theminotaur8015 the shutdowns happen at 6am pst on US and 8pm pst on EU for like an hour. Does that really inconvenience your playtime when the majority of the games players are asleep?
As a water healer main that tends to keep my group shielded 90-100% of the time. If shields are up and nobody else is taking damage but this one dps is killing himself due to his arts. I’ll just let him die just because me spamming priority heals for this one crappy dps the whole raid just isn’t logical. Dps need to learn their role. Do damage and pick up fallen Allies it’s that simple. Dps mains that only dps are the problem with this game. If everyone prioritized their role the game would flow so much smoother
