Here in Belgium, these days companies hire people with a specific period contract, very rarely permanent contract as it proves to be too expensive for employers . It is cheaper to re-new the contract also easier to terminate the contract if the employee is not good enough or cutting of jobs ( many jobs are being mechanised, people loosing their jobs. It is of course easier to terminate the work contract of a person from Non EU country, than their own citizens. Asian engineers are underpaid in many ways as beginners.
Amazon culture is pathetic. Every task is assessed and scored. The more responsibility you take, the more chances you won't lose your job. If you don't perform according to their standards then you are placed on performance improvement plan which is like death sentence. Everyone has competitive mindset instead of friendly because of this stupid culture. They also want people to come into the office so that they can be kept under watch. Stay far away from this company if you want work life balance.
Hii I'm a student who is studying Mtech in Britain which is a 4 year degree which covers understand as well as masters also. If I came usa then what my tjis degree worth As a undergrad or postgraduate because in USA i need 6 years to complete the same course (4 for undergrad and 2 for masters)

I believe you are pursuing MEng. Meng is equivalent to Bachelors degree both in USA and India.
