This is a make or break fight for AJ. After this fight there should only be one thing on his mind, and that is Tyson Fury. He can’t afford to not fight him. Boxing can’t afford it. Britain can’t afford it.

The more I watch the Hrgovic vs Dubois fight the harder it is for me to, 1) see how he’s going to beat AJ. 2) Understand how Dubois got a TKO. Why? For one, after the 2nd round ended the referee declared that Hrgovic’s cut was caused by an accidental clash of heads. And secondly, during the 5th and 7th rounds the referee warned Dubois for using his head, while Hrgovic’s cut was getting worse and he suffered a second cut over his other eye.
According to the rules if a fight is stopped due to a cut caused by an accidental clash of heads and 4 rounds have been completed, they’re suppose to go to the scorecards.
One more thing. Nearly all the commentators, pundits and so called Boxing analysts are suggesting that Dubois has this tremendous one punch KO power but he certainly hasn’t shown this tremendous power in his last 3 fights. Yeah he KO’d Lerena after getting dropped himself 3 times in the first round. But it wasn’t as if he KO’d Lerena with one punch. In fact, his last 3 KO’s his opponents finished on their feet.
I don’t know, I just don’t see this fight being that close but I guess we’ll see in 1 weeks time. AJ by KO within 4 rounds!

I'd recommend Bunce goes and watches the Daniel v Hrgovic fight again with his "When Daniel was eating those big rights in the first two rounds he went back to his Corner with a big smile on his face". Ughh no he didn't, he looked all over the place because HE WAS all over the place, and his team had no idea other than scream at him.
This is just disingenuous reportering by Bunce to push his narrative.

Looking at Dubois for me he a smaller version of Ngannou.
To be fair he is a better boxer than Ngannou, Fury made Ngannou look way better than he actually is.
Dubois has nothing to lose in this fight. If he wins, he’s catapulted into stardom. If he loses, no problem. He can rebuild. It’s a big step for him. First time fighting in a stadium, and as a defending WORLD heavyweight champ!
AJ on the other hand has a lot more to lose. He’s been here before over a dozen times.

Dubious is a dirty fighter using his head and throw low blows. At one point he threw a punch that hit Miller on the knew.
How many times has he thrown low blows ?
I can only think of the Usyk fight, which was very much borderline, not a clear low blow.

Actually, he did land a couple of questionable body shots on Miller, I have just been going back over his fights.
But still 3 low blows in many fights is not enough for him to be labelled as a 'dirty fighter'.

Dubois isn't a knockout puncher unlike AJ so I don't understand why so many think he'll walk through AJ when he's only knocked out bums. DD is more an accumulative fighter. If he comes forward in straight lines like normal he's going to get sparked out

This is the fight that Dubois wanted ever since turning professional, he has to now put up now or shut up and I just feel he will come of age and shock the world on Saturday night as they are still vulnerabilities in Joshuas game regarding stamina and his ability to take hard shots

AJ doesn't do well against big punchers. His resume is not as stacked as people think - never faced hard punching Wilder, Joyce, Big Bang, and certainly will duck Bakole. He doesn't have a lot of footwork or head movement and is not suddenly an amazing boxer near Usyk or Fury's level of movement and skill. DDD is very good at varying the distance and will TKO AJ.
DD has the power to hurt or even KO AJ.
It's 'possible'.
But, the way Hrgovic was landing at will on DD's face is worrying, if Hrgovic can do it, then AJ certainly can do it, and with a lot more power in his shots.
As much as I would love to see DD win, all I can see is AJ KO-ing him inside 6 rounds.
Daniel Dubois to win in the way of multiple headbutts. Anthony Joshua's nose is going to get broken by Daniel's nut. Both men can win this fight. But Daniel DuBois odds are very good. My money is going on Daniel to win by KO

Dubois has a punchers chance, like any heavyweight. But he doesn't move his head and he's going to get pasted if Joshua is anywhere near his best.
If Dubois catches him early and puts Joshua into his shell, then there's a chance Dubois catches him with something big. But I'm 95% sure Joshua wins it.
