Michael, you made me really hungry with this video. Definitely a place to visit when you are in Iloilo! By the way, that dish with all of the seafood in it is called Paella - It's actually a Spanish dish! So in your meal you can see the influence of Spanish, Chinese and Philippine cultures!! Truly a wonderful experience!

Land heights used to be a low-cost housing subdivision . But many of the new residents here are forward-looking, with some coming in as Balikbayans from abroad, and some residents have opened family-run eateries. It's getting to be a nice mixed middle to upper income neighborhood in some parts, as many old neighborhoods in Iloilo are turning up to be.
I miss my home Iloilo City, im coming home soon for a visit 2 weeks from now :) i can't wait to see my mother and i am craving those foods! I remember collecting that black mushroom when i was a kid for my mother lol
Hi Michael, Have always enjoyed the variety of content. A couple of suggestions: When possible keep videos under 17 minutes. (Or around). When eating out, please post date and reference pricing in a graphic on screen. Keep it up and Stay Strong.
I have been living in Cebu but interested in the possibility of living in Iloilo. Would you know where I could find a 2 bedroom home close to the beach and maybe only 20 minutes from the city? If you have any additional questions please let me now. Thanks for your videos.
We did get some minor flooding in July, but it went away when the tide went out. The water was only ankle deep. We had our house built about two meters above street level so the water never gets in our house.@@ThatPhilippinesLife
I agree , you are doing great . I started to watch your channel when you had around 5, ooo subscribers and now you are already on 15,000 . I really like your channel very much , watching every single video . Nadia from Tucson , Arizona .
My favorite version of pansít is " Pansít Mólo ". " Pansít Mólo " is a "pork wontons and rotisserie chicken soup". But, someone in Saudi Arabia made a delicious halál version of " Pansít Mólo " for OFWs in Saudi Arabia because eating pork is, unfortunately, illegal in Saudi Arabia.
I'm new in your channel and subs.too. I miss Iloilo my hometown and I hope you enjoy your stay.
Thank you 🙏
You'll miss Bacolod more once you visit our city

is this a new channel?
My wife and I have a house in Jaro in Lucky Homes subdivision off of Balibago Road.
What do you think of that sub division? Flooding ect?
yeah, same in landheights subdivision and Alta tierra. only costa smeralda & bellford subd. is not a flood zone area in balabago.
We did get some minor flooding in July, but it went away when the tide went out. The water was only ankle deep. We had our house built about two meters above street level so the water never gets in our house.@@ThatPhilippinesLife
Mike free lunch , people are nice .
Is there a way you could find a vegan restaurant in Iloilo?
I know there’s one vegan called Monkey something, can’t remember but it’s close by smallville.
Yes Monkey Grounds is vegan and delicious
Try Remnants in La Paz!
👍👍👍
Videos are still better without her. LFG! 👍

Where is the exact location of Bugoys ..?
Hello Mike, I am from MN glad to see you're doing well … stay strong and keep it up. I mean I like your ex but her personality is not what I like
She’s young and restless and mike is older ready to settle down
👍✅😜✅👍
Dude, you must have a death wish riding a scooter around that place. Hit some local gyms. Keep up the great vids!
Iloilo is not that congested, plenty of traffic police and plenty of traffic lights
@@ThatPhilippinesLife no there is not
You spelt the city name wrong in your Title 😅
Copywright music , then you tube will fine you
Worse than that the owner of the copyright music if over 3 seconds without interruptions takes 100% of the revenue from the video
you should collab with Carefree Chris while he's visiting Iloilo :)
Unfortunately I'm in Roxas city this week
You are just so fine by yourself.
Hey Mike. Quit dyeing your beard. My wike has nicknamed you Kiwi.
Why does it bother you so much I want my beard to be the same as my hair 😅
If you not know others😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉rice&fish lifetime 😂😂😢
