Question regarding SBA loans for semi trucks.
The terms for the 504 loan is 10 to 20 years, while a loan for a truck is typically 3 to 5, can you use your SBA money to pay the entire cost of the truck up front making your monthly payments more like 800 than 4000.
So you just pay your SBA loan and not trust typical truck loan.
We did our first loan was given a 10yr term. It is going to depend on what the bank will do. I believe you should be able to get a 7yr loan on a new truck with no problems. The SBA uses the "Useful" life of equipment.
Do you know of a person that writes business proposals for a reasonable price? I really need to get in touch with someone to get started. I'm at the point where I'll probably pay way too much just to have it done properly. Ppl are money hungry but I really need 1 done so I'll probably just pay crazy money.

I got denied ..my 4506-T had a wrong zip code they said because I needed my 2019 taxes from IRS I fixed it ...no I wait again

I started working at the end of 2019. Received my first paycheck in January, 2020. I’ve gotten declined TWICE because they keep asking me for my 2019 taxes when I have sent them a copy of my contract and REPEATEDLY told them I did not file 2019 taxes. Guidelines state you have to be working by 1/30/2020, which I was. This last time the loan officer tried to call me, I was in class and next thing you know I get a decline letter. She didn’t bother to follow up with an email to call her, absolutely nothing! I only knew she had called because I called the SBA after I received the decline letter and they read my notes. The SBA is an absolute joke! Initially applied since last year!

Yup, on my third and last appeal. I keep getting declined because I have no 2019 tax returns. Go figure!

This is a good video but SBA money will be gone in about a month ... reconsideration process probably means one is screwed.

I've heard it all I've been in reconsideration 9 months. I sent the sba my new banking information and voided check and driver's license front and back. Didn't hear anything. SKIP I'VE TRIED CONTACTING YOU. I CANT AFFORD YOU 1ON1. I wish I could. But I wouldn't be asking for a loan if I had the funds

I received a letter in the mail from the SBA processing and distribution center stating I have 14 days to send them a voided check and driver's license front and back and another 4506-T form signed. I did that. I don't know what to do next. I did all of that. And called the number they gave me to contact her directly and no answer 🙄

You should have passed the initial screening, so that is a good sign.
@@MysteryofMoney I was able to chose the amount I wanted to take in the portal and click submit to processing. You think I am good in terms of when they pull credit? I am around the minimum and could be under here soon so kinda worried about it. You know when they pull? As stated just said sent to processing? But wondering if they do it when they actually are ready to fund. But also heard that now that I have submitted could be as soon as like 1-2 weeks to get funded. Whats your thoughts?
Once it was approved and the documents signed the money went in pretty fast.
