This is really embarrassing for Channel 5 to report. Basic demographics of the city will tell you it’s majority black at 48%. So basic math will indicate that black people would get pulled over more right? Why would whites get pulled over at an equal rate that blacks if the city is majority black. It seems to me that blacks have a tendency to ignore the rules and then escalate the hostility so that a small thing becomes a serious matter. Cops would have seen this sort of behavior hundreds of times. It's tiresome and time-consuming and I imagine frustrating and very stressful. 🤷♂

If you want reasonable data, then include data like Are laws being broken? Are whites being ALLOWED to break the law regularly? The city of Cleveland DOES have a larger black population than white population. (32% non Hispanic whites, 47+% blacks). This IS important information, but needs to be gathered and compiled honestly.

I'm over 60 years old black man police stopped me to many times over the last 40 years than I can remember I paid tickets saying I was profiled but ignored sometimes insulted by the cop and judge.
