naughtybeast Don’t DIS Ketchup.. it holds amazing properties - and flavour! Make an awesome Italian salad dressing.. lots of red wine vinegar, lemon juice and garlic, olive oil, mustard powder, oregano - whatever you like.. ADD a bit of Ketchup - and you have an amazing sweet emulsifier! DELISH!!

Tip: When sauteeing garlic, put it in LAST; cooking it in the oil or butter for more than 30-60 seconds makes it bitter. I'm not a chef, but grew up on farms with it grown on (our family were migrants), live outside of the Garlic Capitol of the World!

I've made that tortilla from the 1st video and it's ok. No need for ketchup in minced beef,taste is quite flat. I've added chill,more salt,more onion,more garlic, pepper and dry herbs. Kids loved it

Hi,the small camping stove in a lot of these videos that u see are for OUTDOOR USE ONLY they need cold air to vent them at all times,be aware .....the canister of gas can explode if it gets too hot,check it out on google, especialy if u have little ones in the area you are cooking.
