Update from my house: Samsung Hylex™ - Dual Fuel Heat Pump

@samsunghvacAmerica Hylex™ outdoor universal heat pump has been great. The old system was gas, with the Hylex™ we are now dual fuel with heating capacity down to -13F (-25C), 100% rated heating capacity at 5°F (-15°C) outside temperature. Video 3 of 3

Please review the Veissman Heat pump and boiler combination. Great boiler, great heat pump but their controls appear to be second rate for dual fuel configurations.
