If they don't have a website like that over there someone should really organize one. My heart goes out to this young man. I'm sensing some issues beyond the physical. To begin, he needs to be evaluated at a hospital by professionals. He will need surgery to reset his leg. Afterwards, he'll need physical therapy to help him recover. They will teach him to use crutches and do exercises to improve until he can walk on his own. I believe he needs to be psychologically evaluated as well. I say this with all love and humility. I received therapy for 3 years, during which i took medication for depression. It changed my life. Afterwards, I went back to school and earned a counseling certification. I worked at a facility for women. I believe in the therapeutic process. There is no shame in asking for and receiving help. He also needs evaluation for employment. He has skills whether he knows it or not. Maybe training and education can help him become self-supporting. However, the very first thing is he needs a decent place to live and a way of getting proper nutrition everyday. Is there any govt aid? Red Cross? Churches that help the poor? He needs an advocate to help him navigate the system. If he was here in the US I would know how to proceed. I have no idea what is available in Russia. I have faith that this young man can have a life with meaning and purpose. He is human being and is entitled to dignity and respect. All of my suggestions come from a place of caring and compassion. May love and light open hearts and minds. 🌷🤗🌷

He's still young, he can still find a job even just online. I used to have a fortunate millionaire patient. He was quadriplegic. The only part of his body that moves was his toes. He made a fortune out of it. He uses his toes to sell and buy stocks online using his computer. He was so rich that he has a big mansion and can afford to pay a 24 hr caregiver and some servants. Your friend has hope. He has a brain, he has a hands and 1 leg that works, the next thing he needs is motivation coupled by faith and a will to survive and get out of that unfortunate place. Actually his home is better than many of my countrymen. Some of us lived in the cemeteries, squatters, shanty bamboo houses but we have families and neighbors that look out at each other like you and that nice lady friend. He injured his knee in 2020, the beginning of covid. That may have had something to do with not getting the right medical attention immediately. I think he needs to get a copy of his birth certificate first, if he ever had one, to begin any other national paperwork he needs to get medical care and disability status. If he never had a birth certificate, his neighbor and oldest siblings should be able to sign affidavits acknowledging his parents, date and location of birth to get one.

My heart goes out to this young man. I'm sensing some issues beyond the physical. To begin, he needs to be evaluated at a hospital by professionals. He will need surgery to reset his leg. Afterwards, he'll need physical therapy to help him recover. They will teach him to use crutches and do exercises to improve until he can walk on his own.
I believe he needs to be psychologically evaluated as well. I say this with all love and humility. I received therapy for 3 years, during which i took medication for depression. It changed my life. Afterwards, I went back to school and earned a counseling certification. I worked at a facility for women. I believe in the therapeutic process. There is no shame in asking for and receiving help.
He also needs evaluation for employment. He has skills whether he knows it or not. Maybe training and education can help him become self-supporting.
However, the very first thing is he needs a decent place to live and a way of getting proper nutrition everyday. Is there any govt aid? Red Cross? Churches that help the poor? He needs an advocate to help him navigate the system. If he was here in the US I would know how to proceed. I have no idea what is available in Russia.
I have faith that this young man can have a life with meaning and purpose.
He is human being and is entitled to dignity and respect.
All of my suggestions come from a place of caring and compassion.

This is very sad, he needs some assistance untill he is able to walk again. How can he cook or heath up a soup, or anything. How is his food safe from rodents, this all has to be addressed to make some difference in his situation. I heard a dog barking, I hope someone is taking care of this dog. 😢❤️

Idk how I end up in your vlog but I'm glad you share the sad story of this unfortunate Man. You have a good heart. I hope your local government see your vlog and help this poor Brother. He's still young, he can still find a job even just online. I used to have a fortunate millionaire patient. He was quadriplegic. The only part of his body that moves was his toes. He made a fortune out of it. He uses his toes to sell and buy stocks online using his computer. He was so rich that he has a big mansion and can afford to pay a 24 hr caregiver and some servants. Your friend has hope. He has a brain, he has a hands and 1 leg that works, the next thing he needs is motivation coupled by faith and a will to survive and get out of that unfortunate place. Actually his home is better than many of my countrymen. Some of us lived in the cemeteries, squatters, shanty bamboo houses but we have families and neighbors that look out at each other like you and that nice lady friend. I truly believe Vitya has a good future ahead of him! He needs support medically/ physical rehabilitation and getting his documents. You can tell that he is smart and kind. And in need of friendship. He injured his knee in 2020, the beginning of covid. That may have had something to do with not getting the right medical attention immediately. I think he needs to get a copy of his birth certificate first, if he ever had one, to begin any other national paperwork he needs to get medical care and disability status. If he never had a birth certificate, his neighbor and oldest siblings should be able to sign affidavits acknowledging his parents, date and location of birth to get one.
