DGP Sh.Parkash Singh has been very honest,sincere,dedicated police officer with impeccable high integrity.As a Professor of Sociology at CCSHAU Hissar,Haryana I had attended with him a seminar in the area of criminology at National Institute of Criminology & Forensic Science,Rohini,New Delhi.He had submitted very comprehensive & exhaustive Inquiry Report pertaining to "Jat Agitation" for seeking reservation which was forced to be ingulphed in violence because of some administrative failure.Why the state Govt. has not implemented the findings of the inquiry report?What is the total expenditure incurred in preparing the exhaustive report of 550 pages in 73 days?Why the state Govt. Is fearing from in not implementing the inquiry report?What are the obstacles?How the Govts. will function in future if such valuable reports by such an honest officer are not implemented?
Kindly interview Acharya Kishor Kunal ex IPS officer whose book Ayodhya Revisited has been presented before the Supreme Court as an evidence...his contribution in this case is of utmost importance...

Parkash Singh has been very straightforward, the most honest & the efficient officer.I had attended with him a conference in his presence in the area of Criminology at NIC& F Science,Sect. 3,Rohini,New Delhi.As per his integrity he had conducted very impartial inquiry during Jat reservation agitation which was engulfed in violence.The inquiry has not yet been implemented.Why the CM is not implementing the inquiry report?It is the CM which had constituted the inquiry.What is the total expenditure involved in conducting the inquiry?What is the utility of such reports & the quantum of work of 550 pages?God bless India & Haryana too.

well when 49 people are killed in more than 1100 encounters, since the yogi govt took office till march'18, it's clear that the intent of these encounters is not to kill. in these 49 deaths some of the most dreaded gangsters of the state were killed n we are still questioning the credibility of these encounters.

If this was in english, some like u were complaining why this is not in hindi.
Because Hindi is the most widely spoken and understood language in this country
