I love watching & listening to Freddie when he’s interviewed 💝💖💗💞 Thanks for doing this interview … he’s absolutely fascinating 🌙🌟⭐️💫✨ Love your channel 🥳 🫶 👍 👏
Great remarks! Freddie hated the interviews and he very rare gave one, but he was always very honest, never tried to hide their troubles in the band. They could entertain the audiences with their pure talent, they didn't need dancers on the stage or special guests, they could creat the theatrical performances with Freddie's stage presence and his half mic stand. The band ensured freedom to all members when they needed and all of them could do their own solo projects, but nobody wanted to leave the band. Referring to the Rolling Stones's 20 years anniversary, Queen spent 20 years together, until Freddie's death without any personal changes.
Freddie Mercury was just brilliant. His music has stood the test of time, and new fans come on board all the time. Queen was ahead of its time in so many ways. They were versatile, thought provoking, funny, clever and real. There are tons of songs for you to discover and react to. Even the great music he made towards the end of his life with Monserrat Cabelle. All masterpieces. Thanks for remembering him.
The producer they talk about, Reinhold Mack named his new baby boy after Freddie and John... John Frederick is his name....Freddie asked for John’s name to come before his....Queen were very close to Mack...when you watch the making of One Vision he’s there in the studio with them...and yes..they were all perfectionists...Freddie advising Roger on how to play the drums🤣🤩
That’s what I like about Freddie, he just keeps it real. Yea people fight my parents fight, but they still love each other & I think that’s the same with all people when you are always around each
At their level, to revisit each show's performance afterward (not to mention pre-show checks) really shows a level of committment and perfection in delivering for fans. Queen had a theatrical sophistication in its presentation and a playfulness with Freddie out front.
Freddie was all about perfection in Queen concerts and recording, involving himself in almost every aspect. He's mostly very shy in interviews. It shows a bit in this one. If he really liked the interviewer, he'd open up even more & be funny & flirty along with informative.
Some interviews he jokes around a lot...good analysis...he was honest and very kind and that's whey people could relate to him....he once show a family on the news that could nolonger afford their house and had to selll...Freddie paid for their house anonymously and they never knew who donated
HEY, WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE... THANKS FOR REACTING TO ONE OF FRED'S RARE INTERVIEWS! FYI... THERE ARE TWO DUETS ON YT W MICHAEL & FREDDIE: "STATE OF SHOCK" (My favorite!) AND "THERE MUST BE MORE TO LIFE THAN THIS"
When you get to doing the Freddie/Michael songs, please bear in mind that they were never completed by the two of them. It wasn't until after both of their deaths that the tracks they did were released, so they don't have Freddie/Michael's final touches, mixes, or approval. I don't say that to mean it's not worth listening to, just that it's not the polished and finished product that I have no doubt would have resulted had they completed the work themselves. On Freddie being deeply involved in all aspects of the band's recordings and concerts, you're 100% correct. You can definitely see it in some of the behind-the-scenes videos like the making of "One Vision," and "We Are The Champions," to name just two examples.
Michael and freddy are both influential talented artist, who both had unmatched stage presence. They both achieved alot of success and had global fan bases. Michael, more than. But they always respected and supported each other. So it doesnt make sense for the fans of either to disrespect or diminish anyone, in favor of their fav. Im a lifelong fan of MJ. I also appreciate queens music. So i suggest you stop with the b.s

He is intellectual , intelligent charismatic and great musician , sadly missed
The members of Queen always considered themselves a family and families argue and fight but the love is always there

Good reaction, thanks!
They were all educated. Freddie was actually very shy. He hated doing interviews.

Good show bro😎
Their egos show in the one vision documentary.
Michael could NEVER be on Freddie's level. Not ever.
