    Hi, thanks for sharing this excellent video! Should I transfer the S.A from the seedlings tray directly into the ground, or do I first transition from seedlings tray to small /med pot, then transfer into the ground pl. Can you kindly advise, thanks and I really do enjoy all your videos. They are always so clearly explained. Thanks again and best wishes

  • @louiseahmedtropicalplantgr5000

    Is there a follow up video on repotting these seedlings. What sort of compost and watering regime did they require. I'm interested in how to grow them successfully from seed. I notice my seed grown Cherimoya does not like alot of water prefers to really dry out between watering, is this normal?

    Thank you for the excellent video. Did you plant the fresh seeds right after eating the sugar apple? My seeds aren't fresh from the fruits. Should I soak them in warm water for a few days before pot them in soil?

    Hello friends, don't throw the seeds but collect them .when you visit any forest area please throw them here and there by doing so you will help raising forests. Many animals, birds and people will be benefited because of you.

    Hi, I like your videos for Mango and other fruits. I live in North Palm Beach and planted Sugar Apple seeds in to pot with potting mix. Question: should I keep pot in full sun or partial sun? Is it need watering only when top surface feels dry?
    Appreciate your reply. I heard that seeds need to soak in water for four / five days before plant but I did not do that. I plated right in to pot.

    • @TrulyTropical
      @TrulyTropical  3 года назад

      We recommend growing seedlings in partial sun because that mimics their natural environment (usually seedlings sprout under the mother tree in nature). Watering when the top of the soil is dry is a good strategy. We don't soak our sugar apple seeds before planting, so you should be alright on that front. Good luck and thanks for watching!

      @@TrulyTropical is it possible to grow from in cold areas? I live in Maryland so winter can be cold. Can we leave them inside house during the winter and bring them back out in spring especially while they're still young and small?

    • @CleanestGreen
      @CleanestGreen 2 месяца назад

      Yes you can grown them in Maryland but any frost to the young seedlings will negatively affect its ability to stay alive. So you will have to keep it in a pot its entire life unless you move somewhere that doesn’t experience prolonged periods of frost.

    Hi I have red sugar apple seeds coming in the mail. I live in zone 9b in CA. Currently the temp is 40s at night and 60s during the day. The interior of my house hovers around 69 degrees but the sunroom gets cooler. Obviously I will be sprouting them indoors as it will be too cool outside for the next couple months. But is my house too cold? Will they still sprout? I could leave them on a sunny window sill.
