I have planted a couple of custard apple seeds which sprouted in a moist paper towel which I soaked for a few days 1 month ago during the last month of winter Here in Australia. They were actually floaters & I planted the once which sunk to the bottom in my greenhouse so they will certainly germinate soon !
Good luck. I hope they will sure getminate next month when it becomes warm. I also grew in a similar mannner in Sydney, 2 years ago. The plant is now about 3 feet tall.
@Garden, Places, Health thanks for your reply. In UK 3 months of summer the temperature goes above 20 but most of the year it's cold. So if we grow it by putting it inside, will it give fruit?
@@zohranaseem9190 Plant it in a big pot and move it indoors in unheated room during winter. If it survives first year, then it should grow indoors in winter and outdoors in summer.
Great video. Simple method for custard apple seed geirmination and then growing a custard apple plant.
Thanks, you are welcome.
Thanks for sharing, an eye-opener for custard seed germination, didn't realise how easy it is to germinate, well done.
Glad it was helpful!
Nice
@@pinayvlognepal Welcome.
Love the tool you're using
Welcome.
Does the plant from the seed give fruit? And after how long time?
Probably in 3, 4 years.

Place the box at a warm place, even a heated AC room indoors. It will take many months to germinate.

Shade inside or outside?
Outside or inside.
Im in saudi growing indoors, It wont take 3 months to germinate. it took me 8 days
It depends on temperature and seed age and quality.
mine was unripe@@GardenTricks
@@Whaleshark-o4c Thanks for info.
Cherimoya and Custard apple are different fruits
Same family and similar in taste.
@@GardenTricks Actually, they are also in the same genus
@@qxwt Thanks.
Same I did but seeds got fungus
May be too much water. Wash the seeds and put in new paper.
Instead of plain water use a weak solution of Hydrogen peroxide.
Bro i found a video that takes 10 days to germinate
It depends on seed variety and temperature
My seeds just started germinating today after 14 days
@@johntende9885 That is good. Good luck
