I always used to think why he lives in Vizag? Because if he is in infosys or in IT Job he won't live in Vizag. As there are other places like Hyderabad, Bangalore. Now its clear that Excise inspector can get posting in Vizag.
btw he cleared SSC CGL 2013. It was the golden time for SSC, IBPS n other exams Now vacancies are very very less :(
