Since then, I’ve gotten a promotion at work, qualified for a loan & bought a house & I’ve been workingout consistently to not only get back in shape but be more healthy overall. Amen to this, Tony! I am half Lebanese and half Black (Trinidadian). My husband used to follow all these big booty girls on Instagram, when I met him. Well, I take after my Lebanese momma so, no booty and a belly, no matter what I do. Although my husband was a butt guy, he is now obsessed with me and my body. Why? Because he's IN LOVE with ME. Although I am considered pretty because I have a pretty face, he fell in love with me because of my personality. I'm down-to-earth and I also required him to treat me with respect and change his ways and become the man that I deserve, by upholding my standards. Men LOVE that! I also had to change my ideas of what my husband "should" look like. I always wanted a tall husband who had the body of a football player. Well, he's only an inch taller than me, with a dad bod lol, but he's a GREAT partner. He works hard to provide and he is a great husband. I am so happy we both were open to change! What matters most is the personality and the willingness to change for the better. And yes, the men who have the stereotypical good looks, usually take us good ones for granted.
I’m a size 14 and I use to be surprised when men approached and Persued me especially different races of men. Because i felt I was too big for a man to even look my way. I started to realized I’m just fun to be around,I’m kind,caring,compassionate and calm. One of my male co workers even told me I have a calm presence. However I do wear my makeup,love to dress up and do my nails but all in modest taste.

What is the quality of the marriages? It could be settling, just saying, there are several ways to see this. My ex-husband often said he liked plain women because they didn't require much and they let you get away with alot. So a husband, per se, shouldn't just be a goal. It's about quality no matter how you look.

So what I have seen in many relationships. Yes the men go get these mediocre women..but most of them go out and cheat with the not so mediocre woman. I'm 24 now...started watching Tony in 2020 during lockdown. I've graduated this year in Drama Major, and met someone last month. This man was telling me about how he likes my natural hair more lol...I usually wear wigs when I'm outside but he just said he likes my natural hair and should wear it often. Girls on Instagram are slaying in wigs and usually one would feel like an outsider...but I've realized that being different is Okay! .
From my experience, embracing my natural hair has been revolutionary & I fell in love with how I am when I wake up. I embraced wearing only my natural hair for 6 months. I love wearing wigs too, so I compromised by trying clip-in’s. So if you want the natural look, but still desire extensions…try clip-in’s.
I’ve noticed that a lot of men actually like women in their natural state. A guy told me I didn’t even need makeup. The crazy lashes wigs nails etc can be a turn off for men.

I hate to say this but social media: (Instagram, Facebook, Utube, etc.) unfortunately, will cause a lot of women to be single for a long time & not get married, due to wanting to imitate the image's they see, such as: Brazilian butt lifts, tummy tucks/liposuction, breast implants, excessive eyelashes, tons of makeup, etc. Just be yourself! I’m a very kind hearted, compassionate, giving, respectful, flexible, ethical, hold good standards and am a good listener. I take time to care and understand and be welcoming to everyone. I’m not very physically up to the different standards society holds people to , although I am just a normal person. So, Tony, I have only met those 80% -90% of lawless, unethical, really Ill mannered men. Some days I am not sure why that is. Most other days, I don’t care anymore. I just live on in gratitude.

Im all that and still not married. Ive dated notoriously below anyones standards, fat, short, broke. Nah its the men who arent healed, arent in their right minds, thats the reason Im single. And married doesnt equal happy, I think at least 75% of couples arent even in love. No thank you, I believe in true love or none at all. You gotta realize a lot of these married women looked good when they first met their husband but then had kids etc. when I met my husband I was 130 pounds. Got up to 150+ after my third child. Going through divorce and now I’m back at 130 pounds ready to catch again. I’m 5’5. I had a ring on my finger with my husband but in the beginning he was definitely attracted to my looks and because I looked like the normal standard.

This video is so on point! I was just telling my friend. No one at my job looks like or shape like the ppl on social media. Which means 98% had plastic surgery or had some type of work done on social media. The 2% are honest workout ppl and few are actually built that way, and looks wise naturally. Men marry women who are less likely to cheat. It's that simple. Men do not want to fret about other men chasing their wife. But they seek to have the kind of woman they desire on the side. This happens all the time. So women who look like models are more likely asked to be the woman on the side. I am speaking from personal experience because I have had a model's figure and carried more weight. So, I have seen how the options given to me by men has changed. It has had nothing to do with my personality.

Interesting....when I see "average-looking" people who are married I noticed that often they *used* to be more typically attractive when they first got married (because they were young, without wrinkles, healthy weight, etc). But then after several years of marriage and kids they let themselves go because they're comfortable in the relationship. Not saying Tony is wrong--just my stating my observations :)

Growing up bc I was a little black girl to everyone else in school, but a little Jamaican/Trinidadian girl at home and amount our own, much like your wife, we had to learn to adapt. I hate to say this but social media: (Instagram, Facebook, Utube, etc.) unfortunately, will cause a lot of women to be single for a long time & not get married, due to wanting to imitate the image's they see, such as: Brazilian butt lifts, tummy tucks/liposuction, breast implants, excessive eyelashes, tons of makeup, etc.
Just be yourself! You'd be surprised how much men love natural looks, natural beauty, your natural body, great personality & intelligence!

Going through divorce and now I’m back at 130 pounds ready to catch again. I’m 5’5. Which means 98% had plastic surgery or had some type of work done on social media. The 2% are honest workout ppl and few are actually built that way, and looks wise naturally. I wrote this before seeing the entire video, but you touched on this and I agree.
Men marry women who are less likely to cheat. It's that simple. Men do not want to fret about other men chasing their wife. But they seek to have the kind of woman they desire on the side. This happens all the time. So women who look like models are more likely asked to be the woman on the side. I am speaking from personal experience because I have had a model's figure and carried more weight. So, I have seen how the options given to me by men has changed. It has had nothing to do with my personality.

Interesting....when I see "average-looking" people who are married I noticed that often they *used* to be more typically attractive when they first got married (because they were young, without wrinkles, healthy weight, etc). But then after several years of marriage and kids they let themselves go because they're comfortable in the relationship. Not saying Tony is wrong--just my stating my observations :)

Growing up bc I was a little black girl to everyone else in school, but a little Jamaican/Trinidadian girl at home and amount our own, much like your wife, we had to learn to adapt.
