I wrote down everything in my notes as soon as we broke up and if I started to fantasize about the relationship, I would look back and read my notes which brought me back to reality. The UK went into strict lockdown when we broke up so I couldn't see an friends or go anywhere besides the park but I just learned to love my own company again, I went on long walks with music on, watched netflix series and called friends to speak and also went jogging and it helped! Time is a big factor and things do get better. wishing you all the best xx

I left him because I found out about another woman and when I asked him about it, he lied up and down. Not too long after that, I found out about yet another woman! Again, he lied and lied and lied! I had enough and blocked him. Four days later, I saw him out with yet another woman! It's been 5 months since I blocked him and I haven't seen or heard from him since day one. He did not care about me! He had 3 others! So when I left it was no big deal. The whole time we dated he really made me feel like we had something special. I cried myself to sleep for a long time. I still miss him sometimes but then I just tell myself no, you miss his representative

This is happening to me just now. I would like to know too. I set a strong boundary and blocked him from social media except for one place. And he took it like a complete break up and felt rejected. He went quite for 3 days and he got back through ego, I checked him on that and his attitude and he has gone quite now for 3 days.
