I have a 128 Hz weighted tuning fork. Whenever I have a headache (like right now), I hold it against that spot in the webbing between the thumb and index finger and headache is gone within minutes!

I'm curious if it makes much difference which frequency you would use for this type of healing modality. I just bought a Solfeggio set of 9 and am so excited to learn and play with what works well. I have a 128 Hz weighted tuning fork. Whenever I have a headache (like right now), I hold it against that spot in the webbing between the thumb and index finger and headache is gone within minutes!

I'm curious if it makes much difference which frequency you would use for this type of healing modality. I just bought a Solfeggio set of 9 and am so excited to learn and play with what works well. I'm sure it will be different for every "body", but wondering if there are more frequently used techniques based on specific frequencies.
