Thank you Chef Bhupi. I started making chana dal two weeks ago and I felt it was coming out a bit watery. Adding moong dal is a brilliant idea. Adding just two masalas is great because simplicity always results in great flavors. I think after watching your videos I've realised that secret of good cooking is fewer ingredients.

लाकडाउन का समय है।घर मे नाममात्र की सब्जी थी।इसलिये कल क्या बनाए चर्चा चल रही थी।आपकी सब रेसिपी सफल ही होती है और सरल तरीके से सिखाते हो। इसलिये ध्यान आया और यह वीडियो देखकर परिवार में बिलकुल इसी तरह से दाल बनाई।और धुंआ वाला छौंक सहज से लगा लिया।सबको स्मोकी टेस्ट ही चाहिए रहता है।जो हूबहू इसमे आ गया।उसी से और कसूरी मेथी से यह दाल महक उठी। इतनी स्वादिष्ट बनी कि सब तारीफ कर कर खाए।कि कम पड गई।इसी भोजन का कितना पैसा चुकाते है।खैर अब तो बाहर जाना ही भूल गए।
सबने आपकी सच्चाई और हुनर की दिल से प्रशंसा की।यथा नाम तथा गुण सही में चरितार्थ है।
दाल बाटी के लिये मोटे आटा घर में रखते हैं । सब कहे वैसे इस आटे से मोटी रोटी बनी। गरम गरम पर देसी घी चुपडकर और बच्चों ने मक्खन लगवा कर खाई।रुचिकर चेंज था।सबको आनंद आ गया।बुजुर्ग कम मसाले का खाते हैं जो इसमें कम ही थे तो उन्हें भी बहुत पसंद आई और आपको बहुत सा आशीर्वाद दिया है। कृपया स्वीकार करें ।
