    Work . luggage. Furniture are countable nouns for sure

    • @EnglishTestBlog
      @EnglishTestBlog  Год назад

      Thank you for your input, Sumanta! 🌟 However, "work," "luggage," and "furniture" are generally considered uncountable nouns in English. They are not usually used in plural form. If you have any more questions about grammar or need further clarification, please feel free to ask. 📚🤔👍

    I donno why grammarians made " luggage" an uncountable noun. That doesn't make a bit of sense.

    Is 'load' countable or uncountable?
    Can you please explain...

    • @EnglishTestBlog
      @EnglishTestBlog  Год назад +3

      The noun "load" is usually considered a countable noun. However, there are some cases where "load" is usually used in a singular form, even though it is a countable noun. This happens when we are talking about a feeling of responsibility.

    Sir money countable

    • @EnglishTestBlog
      @EnglishTestBlog  Год назад

      💵 Money is not a countable noun; it's considered uncountable. So, we don't say "one money" or "two moneys." Instead, we treat it as a singular mass noun, like water or sand.
