Fabulous reaction! This is reminescent of 80´s synthesizers, 80´s bass players (Abe Laboriel) 80´s vocals (Toto) and all of a sudden I hear Michael Jackson vocal influence! I am so proud of this group! (Swede here). Three boys in Stockholm played music together in highschool, went on to study music together at the Royal Academy of Music, got discovered by Q in 2012, who sent them on a tour with David Foster to Asia and has produced and managed them since then!. Dave, you have analyzed this song better than anyone! These guys are from outer space with their influences and creativity! I'm not a religious man, but I want to attend some Black churches and hear the passion of the gospel singers. I hired 3 amazing gospel singers for my "Yuppie Rap" video chorus in 1989.

Thanks for your detailed reaction to this band, which was similar to my first listen of them. It's obvious that each of them is a supremely talented musician. That coupled with the exceptional vocal ability of the keyboardist, and if that's not enough, they have the vision and ability to combine (arrange) several different genres (pop, funk, classical and gospel) into one song and have you craving for more at the end.
