I am from Kirkwood and from what I see is that there are some rules onboard transit that seem to be just plain stupid. If you are a bus driver and see suspicious activity just a few feet away from your bus, stop, but get a good look at the suspect or suspects and notify the police. If the activity is taking place in an alleyway, open your doors to get a good look at the suspect. Always be on the lookout for if the suspect or suspects may have a weapon.
