Back to the Future, Wayne's World and Land Before Time were part of McDonald's promotions where you could buy the VHS for cheap when you bought food. There were other movies too but those three and Fievel Goes West were the ones I'd always see at friend's houses. For me it was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the sequel, UHF (The Weird Al movie) and Terminator 2.
Karate Kid and Home Alone always played on Korean TV channels when I was a kid. Then I had Jumanji and the first Harry Potter movie on DVD so I regularly rewatched them over and over again.

My aunt who was born with hydrocephalus and is severally mentally handicapped has been playing the police academy nr 2 literally every day on repeat for the last 20 years and i don't know how many DVD's we have replaced after they are used up... so the first thing any of do is to turn it off xD
For the Mexicans in here, I don't know the names but the ones with Juan Camaney and those other old guys, who always hooked up with hot women and had some of the most inappropriate jokes/scenes. I wasn't allowed to watch them bc they had a lot of adult scenes, we're talking full 70/80s bush, but I would sneak out to watch the VHS as an 8yo and just laugh
Because of my brother Bloodsport was also part of my youth. And Best of the Best. Those 2 were my favorites of all the martial art movies I watched because of my brother. But when it came to my own picks, I'd have to say Labyrinth. Also Never Ending Story, but more so Labyrinth. That was my favorite.
