I had lunch with Peter Renaday today so this is a nice surprise. Great clips. Love the Jack Wagner clips too.

Excellent video. I grew up collecting and listening to (still do to this day) Disney records and always wondered who did Mickey's voice on Mousercise, Goin' Quackers, etc. I always thought it was Jimmy MacDonald or Wayne Allwine but later discovered his voice was different from other sources. I was fortunate to see Peter Renoudet in person at an event I attended in 2019.
Jack Wagner has forever been implanted in my life with all of his many magical contributions at the Disneyland and beyond as a fan and former Disneyland CM.
    Thank you and great job.

Thank you for sharing your memories of Pete and Jack! I'm glad you got to meet Pete! He's really an amazing person and I think deserves a lot more credit for all he's done. It's nice to know that even former Cast Members are enjoying my videos! I try to keep them not TOO detailed for the average Disney fan but hopefully delivering more detail for those with greater Disney knowledge like you. Your compliments are very much appreciated! Thank you.

I know you have long supported what I do, and I'm happy you particularly liked this one! Isn't it great to hear Jack Wagner's soothing voice?

Hi Scott, my mom (Pete's niece) passed along this video. Not sure if you remember but I helped him get set up for one of your interviews with a few Disney veterans. Had no idea you put this series together! Thank you for your work preserving the legacy the all the artists, actors and staff on the long Disney roster, including my great unc. TMNT was my favorite show (along with Duck Tales) growing up, and Pete would call as Master Splinter to wish me a happy birthday on occasion. I would flip my lid. Never knew he did the same for sick kids needing some pep and a laugh, what a champ. Anyway, best of luck with your work--fun and educational for all the dedicated fans. Looking forward to watching.

Thank you for your very kind message! I think you have me confused with someone else as far as setting up an interview with Pete. I already knew Pete when I sat down out his house to capture his story back in 2007 - although I've pestered him with many questions over the years. :) Glad to know you liked DuckTales - that was the first thing I worked on when I was hired by Disney back in 1988. How lucky you were to have been called by Master Splinter!! Thank you for sharing that with me.

This may not really be Disney, but are we also could talk about how Renaday also Voiced Splinter in The 80's Fred Wolf TMNT Cartoon?

The rarest voice of Mickey might be Stan Freberg - who provided Mickey's voice on a book on record character album in the 50's "Mickey Mouse's Birthday Party". Along for the ride were Clarence Nash, Pinto Colvig, and June Forray

Interesting, I had no idea Pope provided the vocal tracks for the Talking Goofy doll. I have always assumed it was Will Ryan since it sounded very similar to Grubby.

Could you show us a video of your entire plush collection?

    • @KeepingtheMagicAlive

I don't have all my plush together, but they're not all Mickey. Lots of them are from Japan. Duffy, otters from Finding Dory, characters from the Country Bear Jamboree, Winnie the Pooh Ufufi, a Big Bad Wolf, Figment from Disney World and just a huge variety. Maybe I'll put them all together sometime and talk about them. I never even thought someone would be interested in something like that.
