and one more thing, power transformer is a voltage step up or current step down transformer is almost used in after power generation and used to power transmission purpose because in that time higher voltage transmission is to avoid the some transmission losses.in a distribution transformer almost used in consumer side because it is a voltage step down or current step up transformer type. I am saying wright.

power transformer winding is Dela to delta transmission but distribution transformer is Dela 11kv to star 440v
Primary difference between distribution & Power transformer is that DT is designed in such a way that it shall reach max efficiency at 40-50 of full load, but in PT it is 75-80%.

Thanks for commenting our video..if you have multiple power transformer, the load can be shared through single transformer when the load is less and Practical consideration is simple, but in case distribution transformer is difficult and individual transformer should be in ON, for delivering power to the consumers
