This song on it's own was originally so beautiful, and Kenshi Yonezu is such a skilled vocalist/musician, that at first I wasn't expecting Vocaloid to match how amazing the original was. But you really did prove me wrong. I've never seen any of your videos besides this one, but you really seem to know how to use a vocaloid to make something truely outstanding. It can be replicated, but this song wouldn't be the best instance to demonstrate that. Kyaami's cover of Fairytail and that one she did with Yuzuki Yukari are great examples.
