Firstly I have to say I love the green hat and the gorgeous apron with green hearts on your dress form 💚 Love all the angels you found - what a jackpot! They look awesome displayed on that shelf in your bedroom. So glad you found them. Thanks for showing us around your booth - very well laid out and displayed.😊

The angels are adorable, so glad you snagged them!! I too have a church pew on my front porch and a short one in the kitchen for double seating at the table. They both are from a tiny country church that my grandpa served as the organist for over 70 years. I treasure them. Also have a stained glass window from the auction right before they tore the church down😢. Yes that's a mandolin the angels are playing. Loved seeing your vintage booth!! Loaded with fun treasures❣️❣️

I have an old pew from our church in my dining room (no dining table). My card table sits in front of it with a constant jigsaw puzzle. Love it!!
Nicole, it was bitter sweet when you said, "Hapoy St. Patrick's Day"... Then, "Happy Father's day "... My father died 8 years ago on Father's day. He was British, ironically.

That brass lamp at the 4:22 mark, I have the match to that. I need another to match mine. Hopefully I’ll find it in eastern Iowa. I thrift with my church friend we are both in our 70’s) we’re sisters from different mothers but actually sisters in Christ. We just LOVE getting out and thrifting. Love the barn picture!

I would love to find the old kitchen table and chairs from the 1950s/1960s. They were so well made and cool looking. I liked the China set the colors are very nice. It looks like the prices have gone way up.

I love the barn piece you got
Take one of the other angels or broken wings and glue it to your july angel whos wings are missing.
The brass piece in the beginning was a railroad spironolactone and worth way more then the price.
The bird tray box was a napkin holder you can take outdoors and they won't blow away

EBay image search always tells me where things are from! I can never decide if other people’s collections at charity shops make me sad …. or happy when someone like you rescues them!
They always make me happy because I picture the family keeping all the best pieces and then letting these go to thrift shops so others can find them and treasure them.

As you were fixing the shelves by putting items in safer positions as they looked like they were gonna fall over, and by your frustration of the breakables placed in bags, I see how you and other collectors respect the workmanship and beauty of these items. We understand it isn't necessarily about the price we can get for them, or how collectible they are...it's about being respectful and appreciating these things. Another great video!

The church pew was gorgeous. I do have room for one and have been on the hunt for one. You could make wings for your Jim Shore angel with a old doily. Starch it real well then shape how you like. Probably an old hankie too.

I loved all the sweet angels you bought! I have to comment…I get upset when these thrift stores put ridiculous prices on donated items. With the economy the way it is right now, people on a limited budget can’t catch a break anywhere!! I agree with you about selling and having to ship. I really am not happy with that any more. I now have a both as well and it’s much easier. Thank you for sharing your booth…it’s pretty. My brother and I share one and I have to go behind him and make it more attractive. But I love doing the booth. Hope your allergies get better. This winter has been nuts!
Yes! So much easier than an online business. Things sell at a slower pace sometimes but I’ll take that if I don’t have to ship lol!
