I don't mean to compare but in my 6 years in K-pop I have not heard any other k-pop boy group who does these top-tier adlibs and harmonization in just 1 song. Other groups might just do it a few times and that's it while EXO does do it A LOT all in just 1 song and this has been throughout their music career. Their top-tier adlibs with vocal acrobatics added just adds so much flavor and depth to their music.
im glad they went for a more grown album. its showing them as men. like these men are in their 30s and im glad they are giving us grown folks grown music. exo is exo, what more can i say? i loved this album seriously. my top 3 would be No Makeup, Private Party, and Hear Me Out.
the way exo is progressing with each album makes me so proud as a fan, beyond their top tier vocal skills (we all know this) it's more the experimentation with genres & sounds they excel in all of it
YES! those coloured videos is tripping with who actually singing, most of the song parts they just didn't get who is actually singing and me myself I can recognised their voices and can tell who is singing, and that's kinda frustrating because new EXO-Ls might really get confused, but we still appreciate the efforts
R&B KINGS! at least to me, in kpop. They do it so well, they need more recognition compared to other artists out there. They are sorely overlooked in today's music scene. They are vocals to the highest degree. Let's appreciate everything they bring us. I love this album, and the haters out there are saying this is the last hurrah for Exo, and SM will hope they fade away because they don't have the fan support to keep them alive. But I love them and don't want that to happen. Let's support Exo in all they do. 💙🌺

You should try to listen to Exo CBX 's songs also they have so many hit like Blooming Days or Horololo very upbeat and fun ! I won't talk about the vocals cause we know these 3 can do miracles but I was surprised by the choreographies, in my opinion they killed the dance part

Go find a group that are vocalist and song like No Make Up and the rest of the songs with a touch of mostly R&B, Acapella,etc, not just hip hop, which mos of the groups did, especially 4th generation. Even those they considered huge or top group can't sings it, lol, and they considered them the #1 kpop group, lol!
