    I was ill for 3 weeks with covid and never touched a cigarette or even thought about it. Then when I felt better the craving to have one started. Dont understand what happened there but will give it another go as I know now I can get through at least 3 weeks.

      This exact same thing happen to me. After three weeks I started getting badgering thoughts to smoke and it eventually overcame me and I smoked. Need to try again and work on my mind power. I’m so mad at myself.

    When I smoke I can literally feel my whole respiratory system being clogged up. When I'm out of ciggaretes and one or two days have passed, I feel more alive. But the nicotine withdrawal is a nightmare, you have to be addicted to know. It's the worst drug.

    Experience:
    First:
    Stop coffee week or two.
    The double addiction is bad. So drink tea instead of coffees.
    2nd during this smoke only one in two hours.
    3rd
    Quit cold turkey
    After you be minimized the number of cig.
    Drink water with lemons.
    The day you began with this method of mand power is the right thing. But do these tips before It helps you.
    After you off return to coffee and everything you want.

    No more alchoho, make me really angry, so quit smoking, boost serotonin, no more alchoho.... Lower down serotonin
